The good point is the cleanliness. Everything was spotless, with towels, bathroom products. The bedding is moderately comfortable but for one night it's okay. There is air conditioning and fortunately because the common areas are stifling in summer. I will not judge the food because we did not eat any meals there. We were not even offered it. The staff is not very welcoming, without smiling, they seem not to know what to do. The young girl checked in, gave the key and that's it. No information about the riad, schedules, meals etc. Very noisy in the evening, until late you can hear motorcycles and horse-drawn carriages passing under the window, and the light from the reception goes through the skylight of the room all night! I therefore strongly advise against it for a family stay or long stay, on the other hand for 1 night it's okay, it's still good value for money.

Absolute disaster, there is no reception, the owner attends to you whenever he wants, who by the way is extremely rude, in the 4 days, 3 nights, they never cleaned the room, even a cockroach appeared, the photos do not correspond at all to reality, but, above all, the level of attention is absolutely zero.....there is not even a bathroom outside the rooms, connecting bathrooms without doors, so be careful with smells and privacy, so if you have already spent the night they do you the grace of keeping your suitcase... but forget about using a bathroom. All in very bad taste and terrible education. I do not recommend it to anyone

I stayed for a brief evening and night at the Riad Malayine and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is almost invisible from the street out side but is pleasant, cool and spacious while inside with rooms that are comfortable, spacious and clean with an ensuite but little to no bathroom privacy so make sure you room with someone who is comfortable with sharing everything! The rooms have all the usual accessories including air con (although it wasn't required during this trip). There is no pool, a rooftop viewing area, but no bar (to my knowledge, I may be wrong), and limited dining facilities. We did not eat in this hotel so I cannot comment on the food. All-in-all a nice stay and the hotel is convenient for the airport and about 15 minutes from the city centre market.

The bathroom door creaks horribly, there are no cupboards, no cot, very uncomfortable mattress and a lot of noise at night. Access to the Riad is a bit complicated as you have to go along a road with many curves with no visibility and no sidewalks, so you have to be careful. The room is nice and the terrace and breakfast are very good.
