The hotel has a good location, but the facilities are outdated. The parking lot is not in the hotel building. I have contacted the hotel through Trip.com in advance to confirm that I need a parking space, but the hotel did not provide the actual parking address. Guests are required to park in other parking lots before checking in at the front desk and checking the actual address. This is a strange practice and requires guests to pay additional parking fees. In addition, after staying for 3 nights, there was no house keeping service, the trash cans were not emptied, and the towels were not changed. The service is shockingly bad. Furthermore, the facilities are outdated, the water pressure and hot water are insufficient, and what's even more outrageous is that even the legs of the bed are crooked. If you want to select the worst hotel in 2024, this hotel deserves it. Finally, I sincerely hope that everyone will not stay here, otherwise it will ruin your trip to Melbourne.
