Great, great, stayed here twice. I will go to this restaurant every time. It is very close to the university and it is very convenient to order takeaway from the surrounding area. The hotel is very clean, the environment is nice, and the girl at the front desk is also very friendly.

We’ve had two stays here, one in August 2022 and one just in November 2022. First stay was great we had everything we needed in the room, we called for extra pillows for sofa bed and they brought them right up. Was clean, safe and right near event venues. Second stay we had a smelly room, only two bath towels, no hand towels no wash clothes, no hand soap. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so we didn’t complain but it would have been nice to see consistency in the stays. It’s a great location for attending games, concerts, etc… would give another shot just make sure we address the room concerns right away.

I honestly do not understand the five star reviews this hotel is getting. It’s your basic Hampton and the service is not that great. As isusual with US hotel chains now they’re charging you full price, but they only can clean your room every few days. Communication with the guests is interesting. There was a huge block party this weekend. Hampton Inn knew it was going to happen, knew it was going to impact the guest and didn’t tell them in advance because they knew we would cancel the hotel room. It was incredibly noisy. Beds were OK, half my towels were in really bad shape. The other half were decent The breakfast is your standard free breakfast not outstanding, not horrible, just food If you plan to use digital key, think again you’re going to need a hard key to use the elevator, etc. The digital key will only work on your room

I ended up neeing to stay an extra night because of a canceled flight. The staff was super helpful in getting me back into the same room i was already in. They were great for my whole stay.

We stayed at this location for its vicinity to Target Field and Target Center. The Skywalk was perfect for getting around. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.

This hotel was the perfect location. Parking was so easy over at the Hawthorne Transportation Center, make sure you take your parking ticket with you and pay using the QR code. This was recommended to us by the Hampton messages prior to our arrival. Breakfast was included and ran from 6 am - 10 am. The entire hotel was super clean and all hotel staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. All entrances were very secure. You need to have your hotel keys on you at all times to use the entrances and elevators.
