Because business activities came here from hot Africa, I encountered a whole day of snow flying and dancing, and the real ice and fire were two days. The hotel room is very comfortable, worthy of its own standard, breakfast can be a la carte and self-service, a pleasant three-day stay.

Had a wonderful one night stay at the historic Nicollet Island Inn. Beautiful location and very convenient to downtown Minneapolis, St. Anthony Main/Stone Arch Bridge area and the University of Minnesota. We had a king room that was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Complimentary coffee in the morning, but no refrigerator in room. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of free parking. When you book a room, you have the option to make reservations for the restaurant, but we opted to eat elsewhere. It is expensive to stay here, but we loved it and would definitely stay again!
Ideally located in a central location, our hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. We are connected to the whole of downtown by the interior Minneapolis Skyway, covering 80 city blocks and including the Target Center, home of the professional basketball, which is just steps away in a climate-controlled walk away. Target Field is a five-minute walk, and The North Loop and U.S. Bank Stadium are only a mile away. Our spacious guest rooms and suites provide spectacular city views.

I love this hotel, and have stayed here several times on trips to the Twin Cities. The staff is professional and helpful -- always. The valet parking retrieval is quick -- always. The rooms are exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, have no funky hotel odors, and I have wonderful large windows that let in beautiful light. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, large and luxurious. I always stay in a king corner room where I can literally sit in the wonderful wide window ledges to drink my coffee and look out over downtown Minneapolis.

We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn when we visited for a concert. The skyway connection to the State Theater (and the entire skyway system) was very convenient. I was worried about the parking situation, but it turned out to be ok with a skyway connection between the public parking garage and the hotel. Be aware that the parking rates can add up if you use that garage and are leaving and returning a number of times in the same day, but for overnight parking it worked out well. The room was comfortable, the staff was very good, and we had no issues here.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mississippi River at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront hotel in the heart of downtown. Steps away from live theater, renowned museums, world-class dining, and shopping experiences, our hotel features well-appointed rooms and refined amenities that complement the sweeping panoramic views of the city and the river. Our customizable event space provides ample square footage and plenty of natural light, perfect for any event.

At that time, 18-year-olds were not allowed to check in. I asked the taxi from the airport to help the driver to submit the documents... It was a very social experience! The front desk service is also very good, very reasonable. The layout of the room is ok, it is a bit small. Although the window inside is only half of the wall, my room is just on one side, so there are two side windows, the view is still very good, at least you can see the light right. The environment is very quiet.

Came for a conference in February and stayed at the hotel. At check-in, the woman who checked us in was unfriendly and made us feel like her face would break if she ever tried to smile. All I can say is stay away from this place in the winter unless you are a lizard and love hot temperatures. The rooms were literally 85 degrees and there is a sign next to the thermostat saying that in the wintertime the cooling is turned off so the only way to cool the rooms is to turn the heat/cooling unit’s power OFF and open a window. Well, the windows only open a total of 3 inches (the width of a cell phone max) and allows no breeze to come in. I ended up turning on the bathroom fan to try and pull some kind of air movement. You should not have to keep a wet washcloth next to the bed to wipe your body down to get some kind of evaporative cooling in the middle of winter when it’s 18 degrees outside, but 85 in the room at night. I rarely write a bad review for a hotel, but this was just one I need to warn others about. All of the other people from the conference who stayed there had the same stories about the temperatures of their rooms. So bad.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
SStanI would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!
GGuest UserIt's literally a fun playful hotel with a bartender in it! Cozy and casual enough to make you feel you are home away from home. Check in drink was great at the bar. The bar has quality and crafted drinks. (My Old Fashioned was superb) Rooms has ton of character and are so clean. I can not wait for another stay at the Moxy Uptown again or even gather with friends from out of town. Staff makes it even more cozy there! Excellent Job Moxy Team!
GGuest UserStumbled in to the hotel bar for a few quick drinks before work and was immediately met by the bartender Jonathan with a warm smile and great conversation. Definitely the pump up I needed to have a really great night on the job! He was quick with his service and incredibly friendly and deserves a shoutout for a really great Screwdriver
GGuest UserHotel and staff were great! They made my business travel feel like it was leisure. Breakfast was delicious. I think the price is perfect for what it is. The front desk staff knows the area very well and pointed me to some great dinner recommendations. I will be back!
WWingMaryCheck in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!
KKimbrellI had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.
