Very Good
GGuest UserI booked 2 rooms through Trip.com When I checked in I was told all rooms included breakfast. Great! On our first day my second room was declined breakfast, we were leaving early for a sports game so didn’t worry about it. Day 2 I went down with my booking email, was allowed to sit down but was told to see the front desk after. I showed the front desk my booking email from Trip.com which showed the details of breakfast (kids under 17 free). The front desk stated they would not honour this because I had booked through a third party. He said if I had of booked direct he would honour it but they do not honour third party extras as they can’t be sure the information is accurate. To add to Insult they are currently advertising on their website free breakfast for bookings before a certain date (which we had done).
XXieyinghuaI'm not entirely sure, but it definitely felt like a five-star hotel. The facilities have a classic charm, and the decor creates a wonderful ambiance. All the amenities, including the bed and sofa, are of good quality, and the room itself is very spacious. They also provide better complimentary in-room items than most hotels, such as cookies and beverages. However, perhaps because it's a traditional, century-old luxury hotel, the bathroom has an older-style design without a floor drain. This means you need to be careful when showering or using water, as it can easily lead to puddles on the floor. Additionally, there's a large, well-maintained lawn right outside the back door of the room. It looks especially beautiful in the morning and truly reinforces that traditional luxury hotel feel. The staff's overall service quality is excellent, though it's a bit of a shame there isn't a 24-hour front desk. I also found it quite challenging to reach the hotel online; emails went unanswered, and calling the official website number didn't connect me with anyone. Ultimately, I had to use the specific phone number they provided at the door during check-in.
BBoerziquanThe room type structure is spacious and comfortable, the procedures are simple, the bathroom is 2 sets convenient, the facilities are complete, and the sanitation is clean. It is a good choice for travel and vacation.
CChak Heng AndrewThe location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival.
On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk.
Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience.
