GGuest UserI stayed in August 2025. The two female staff members were very kind and planned the tour. The room is clean enough to relax, but I spent a lot of time drinking coffee and alcohol in the free lounge space next to the reception. Thank you for the comfortable time.

MMustafa KhazabiThe facility and the room was clean, Breakfast was also good. The location though was a bit far but accessible by many minivans and jeepneys to almost everywhere. The only downside was that the facet in the bathroom was not aligned with the basin when washing hands and water drips out. Otherwise everything was good and I will go back again

EExtraordinaire_spicymommaWe booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

CCabrina TorbesoWe had such a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared, truly one of the highlights of our visit. What we loved the most was the privacy—it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, making it a very relaxing and exclusive experience. We’ll definitely recommend this resort to our family and friends and would love to come back again.

GGuest UserI had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!

I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..

ZzetaThe location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony.

AAnonymous UserWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great.
Pros:
- Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores.
- Staff are hospitable and kind.
Cons
- HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room.
- Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area.
- Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes.
Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
