"Great stay! The Filipino front desk team is super warm and helpful. The local road conditions are shown in the pictures. The hotel isn't in the central business districtïŒcebu is not big city), but has a lovely neighborhood feel. While downtown Cebu can feel a bit aged and neglected, this community vibe is actually much more relaxing and comfortable The room is well-maintained, making the whole experience very pleasant."

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price â cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)

View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.Â
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.Â
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.Â
wifi connections are good islandwise but itâs more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.Â
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved it. North Mactan is all slums and poverty, but here we are on South Mactan, and an island to boot! We stayed here for three days with the family. Everything was great â the rooms, the service, the staff... We were absolutely thrilled. What we enjoyed most was renting a boat for 1000 pesos with a local guy, and he took us to the coral reefs every day where we snorkeled. That experience will last a lifetime. For anyone planning to visit Cebu: don't stay in the north, head south to Moalboal. This is where you'll find all the beauty and aesthetics of the Philippines. There's no need to stay in the city center â it's rundown, with kids swimming in a sea of trash... It's clean and beautiful here, and we're very happy.

GGuest UserI had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressiveâ especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!

LLeif ReyYou get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

The single beed delux rooms are really nice but no view as they are all on the side
Setup like an apartment has a kitchen but no cooking wear other than for coffee
They don't offer slippers as amenities my wife found that really odd for a hotel in the Philippines but I did not mind as the floor was super clean
If you don't have a car it will be hard to get uber they all reject pickup at the noble lobby, you have to walk to the back of the pool area exit there and walk near the hwy to get an Uber
Was not that bad just something annoying that's nice to know ahead of time
All that being said probably the best hotel in Cebu city will definitely book again

AAnonymous UserWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great.
Pros:
- Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores.
- Staff are hospitable and kind.
Cons
- HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guestâs thing inside the room.
- Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area.
- Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes.
Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
