Hotels near Jusco nagoya, Nagoya

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

I stayed there with my mom, and we liked the location as it was super close to the station. However, we would like to leave some comments for other guests. We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism. Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better. Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located walking distance from Nagoya station. Lots of great restaurants around too. Room is a reasonable enough size for Japan, with good amenities.

Until the end of the year and the beginning of the year 12/31〜1/3, I arrived earlier than the check-in time on the day, but I was able to check in about 30 minutes early because the room was ready. The room was eastward, there was a view from the window, Wi-Fi was smooth, the toilet and bath were unit buses, but the shower curtain was curved and I don't feel narrow. However, at this time of winter, when you enter the bath, you must bend your knees and sit in the gym, but the drainage and hot water are smooth, and the adjustment of the shower head becomes easy Such improvements were highly appreciated. The bed was large and easy to sleep, but there was no space to spread the suitcase for that minute, so there was no problem because I knew the area. The refrigerator is also a drawer type, so it is easy to use. It was not heating anymore, and I wanted to put the place of the air cleaner on the window side, but there was no outlet and only near the pillow. Check out is smooth with a dedicated machine. Breakfast is never a lot of items, but you can wear gloves and enjoy it in the form of a Viking. The location is from subway No.7, but if you have a suitcase, you can go up to the ground using the escalator of Nikko Fushimi building from exit 4. However, you need to cross the crosswalk. Also, when you walk 5 minutes to the left side of the hotel, there is a supermarket operated by Don Quixote on the １ floor of the terrace barn bridge, and there are many celery, bread, daily miscellaneous goods, and Matsukiyo in the food court. In addition, the post office was nearby to the comeda, the bus stop of the airport limousine which was suspended this time was also close, and the location was also highly valued considering the surrounding environment.

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!

The service is satisfactory; the environment is neat and clean; the location is convenient, etc. However, it's a pity that there are only a few tv channels available. But anyways, I would definitely like to revisit the hotel again.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Great hotel to stay in Sakae, Nagoya. Newly renovated, very convenient location-- near restaurants (Furaibo chicken is almost right next to it), convenience stores, shopping areas, transportation, aiport express bus terminal. All are accessible within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk! The luggage storage service is highly appreciated, too!

The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.
