MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! We tried to check in for my reservation after driving half way across the country, and there was no one at the front desk or even in the building. I waited outside the hotel for an hour trying to find someone who worked there to let me in. After 30 minutes, I was able to connect to Marriott customer service who also could not reach any worker at the hotel. Had to cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.

The hotel had some renovations and it really looks good. All of the staff very friendly, professional and recognized me. Angel the Engineer very helpful. The only thing missing is the hotel needs a pool. The hotel also need to reinstate the Wednesday night social hour.
