I think that words won't be enough to describe how amazing my experience at Morinouta was. The inn itself is cozy and there's a lovely guest area. There are two hot baths that can be used privately at anytime. The location is very convenient and the bus stop 3 minutes away. The owner and staff are the best. Extremely kind, caring and generous. They took such good care of me and made my stay absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this inn.

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. I stayed with my family in December 2021. I liked it too much after a long time, so I repeated my reservation in March. ■ Meals The meals can be selected as ”buffet style”, ”half private room dining room” and ”room meal”, but definitely ”buffet style” is recommended. I thought it would be a pretty delicious part compared to the live kitchen, the freshly fried tenkara and the buffet of the common hotel. This level is not too much to say the same class as the ”hanari” of Lake Hakone, ashinoko. The vegetables that tend to be pulled out of this hand are delicious and exciting. In addition, for families with small children, there is a half-private room zashiki in the buffet venue, and there is a child menu in ”１ lower position than adults” so that small children can take it by themselves Anyway, I was impressed that I was worried about １ rank ２ rank compared to the hotel in the same price range. Then the buffet alcohol was rich in variety and was free to drink at + 1,500 yen. When I chose a little early 17 o'clock, please eat at night. And I received several tickets for the ramen shop opposite the hotel. ■ Facility barrier free etc. I think there is no problem, but I feel a little old (very beautiful) with the toilet on each floor. The size and speed of the elevator are not particularly dissatisfied. ■ Onsen Indoor and Outdoor hot water were very good. I think it is a hot water without any particular feature, but the open-air bath while watching the snow was usually pleasant. ■ Other weekends? Saturday? It seems to be limited, but fireworks rose right behind the hotel. I thought I was working very hard while the customer was decreasing in the corona. I thought Kinugawa had been lonely, but I suddenly wanted to support it.

I was disturbed by my family. Because it was summer, it was a little empty, but not only the proprietress but also the staff treated everyone, including foreigners, politely and kindly, and I was able to spend a pleasant time. The view of the Kinugawa river from the room was beautiful, and the bathroom was well-cleaned and beautiful. The room and toilet were clean. In addition, both dinner and breakfast were delicious with full Japanese taste. However, it may have been an adult taste for children in their teens.

I stayed in a nice room overlooking the Kinugawa River. The room was large and the heating worked well. The bathroom in my room was no longer in use, so I used the large public bath, but unfortunately the temperature of the water was too cold. Also, it was a real shame that the public bath was only open from evening until night, so I couldn't take a bath in the morning. Currently, it is only possible to stay overnight without meals and no meals are provided, but there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, making it convenient for families to travel cheaply. There is also a refrigerator in the room, which is helpful. Unfortunately, there are no affordable restaurants nearby. Considering the cost-effectiveness, I think it is suitable for a family trip.

1.2 km from Kinugawa Onsen Station, turn right at the station and get a bus at station 5 to go to the hotel. We walked to the hotel, walked over a bridge with many steps, and turned right to the hotel. There is a free bathrobe in front of the hotel counter for visitors to use. Visitors can wear a bathrobe to go outside the hotel. The front desk of the hotel can reserve the bus time to Kinugawa Onsen Station on the 2nd day, 190 adults and 100 yen for children. The front desk will ask you to go to dinner time, the restaurant will prepare the dinner in advance, and the service staff will go to your room when you are dining. Dinner is not a buffet, it is prepared in advance. There are many varieties of dinner, very refined and very Japanese. It is a highlight of this hotel. The room has a balcony, just on the edge of Kinugawa. The room has a separate toilet, bath room, and washroom. General hotels are all together, this hotel is divided into three separate rooms, which do not interfere very well. Hot springs are on the 1st floor. When you go to the hot springs, you must bring the bath towels and bath towels provided in the hotel room. The hot springs on the 1st floor do not have these. Breakfast is a buffet, more generous. There are very few Chinese tourists. It is only us, the other is Japanese. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

The special thing is the meal! There was a mass and a cow fin at night! The vessel was beautiful, and the dessert was beautifully colored at the end of the course dish, and the morning omelette was fluffy and the bread was very delicious. The morning dessert was decorated with an artistic cut like sitting at the bar counter and made me enjoy my eyes. The room was very clean and the bed hardness was good and I could sleep well. The owner and the staff were bright and comfortable, and the care was warm and I was able to spend very comfortably.

I visited with 7 adults. The weather was unpleasant, but I had a very memorable and wonderful trip. Arrived at the hotel before 11:00 by shuttle bus. I forgot the name of the person in charge, but thank you for the agility of the shortcut staff. The hot spring of the sulfur spring The skin became smooth and the hot water temperature was just right (this day was about 12 ℃) The washing area was separated by a partition and the water pressure was good. The breakfast and dinner were all very satisfying. Supper was a full course today, but all the dishes were made with plenty of local ingredients, and the amount was just right, and my elderly parents had all of them firmly. Of course, breakfast and omelets were delicious, and all the dishes were delicious and polite service was exhausted. Since it faces Lake Chuzenji, I'm sure you can see even more beautiful scenery on a sunny day. Also, the lounge for guests on the second floor is a very nice space. I usually don't say word of mouth, but I couldn't help but say word of mouth because the staff of 々, who I was looking forward to, were hospitality and the whole family was impressed. I stayed at the annex's Aiyama no sho for a family and used it. Because the building is old, the interior and fixtures are suitable, but the room was large enough and the cleaning seemed to be well done. Because only the heating is powerful gas heater, the room temperature adjustment in the large room is a little tricky. The futon was an old-fashioned Senbei futon, but I could sleep without feeling cold even at night when the outside air was close to 0 degrees. As the hotel's name suggests, the hot spring is great, the smell of white turbid water and strong sulfur is impactful. The inner hot water in the annex is wet, and the main building with an open-air bath is hot. The next morning, the family said that the skin was wet with the mouth, and I was surprised that the middle-aged man was clearly wet. The customer service is also polite, and I think it is a very conscientious inn of reasonable price setting if I don't expect excessively from HP's clean photographs and decoration. Is it the best to spend with a friend who is good in the location and is not mindful? The bookcase in the lobby is biased in the good sense of the taste of the selector and is interesting, so please come.

Nice common area/lobby. Helpful English speaking staff (Ayumi Osawa) that was super responsive via email. Rooms. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5
