Big room, nice but assigned at lower floor facing wall, no sunlight at all and lazy to complaint anymore. Stayed for 3nights, overall good sleep. Location quite far from trains station, very confusing with too many exit and finally get out from the right exit so we don’t have to walk too far.

I called the hotel and walked from the subway station and visited ”TY inn is nearby because I can see it” and asked, ”what store is it?” Just see the signboard, you can't know what store. Not far from ＴＹ inn, as if you can't read the air. This is low level!! I can evaluate that the signboard is not flashy, but on the other hand, there should be many such inquiries.Even if I finally arrive, I don't feel hospitality at all, and I don't feel good. I'm sorry for the dryness, but I need to reeducate my employees. This is a frank opinion.

The service and facilities are good with the hotel and staff service. But the location is a big far from shopping area. However the subway is closed by. The buffet breakfast is tasty and big variety. And I recommend this hotel for the long stay people as you will feel totally privacy because they don't come to clean your room unless you request for the cleaning service with additional Japanese Yen 1500. But you can do the cleaning by yourself as they supply the gears. Plus you can change the towel everyday and they do the rubbish cleaning everyday. Overall is a very money worth hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to railway and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street (around 8mins) and all the staff is very helpful and nice However, the WiFi is poor, always disconnect atomically. Also, the laundry service is not enough, there are only two machines in the hotel. Overall, the hotel is still recommended.

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

The hotel is relatively new, just beside Osaka Prefecture. The front desk only has English service, but the Ctrip booking made the check-in smooth. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away. It's also about 10 minutes to Shinsaibashi. There is a 711 5 minutes' walk away, but it closes at 23:00. It's worth booking such a hotel in Osaka at this price.

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. The hotel provide free umbrella too in case there is rain

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？
