Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips. - The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet. - Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it. - Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.
