TTheotoroAll hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

Aapple696The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and a small balcony offering nice mountain views, including paragliders.
Facilities: Although the bathroom was not large, it was very convenient to use, showing great attention to detail in its design.
The breakfast was quite rich and the food was healthy.
There's also a communal dining area with self-heating facilities, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself.
The owner was very hospitable, proactively asking about our stay, which made us feel right at home.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super conveniently located, just about 400 meters, a few minutes' walk, from Interlaken West train station and the Lake Thun ferry terminal. There are bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, which is great. When you check in, the front desk gives you a free bus pass. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There's a lounge on the ground floor with a microwave and utensils for guests, and coffee and hot water are available 24/7 for free. The owner is a kind, warm, and funny old gentleman. If you're coming to Interlaken, definitely choose this hotel – you'll be happy you did!

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Interlaken.
The location is fantastic — with plenty of restaurants just around the corner and the train station within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Interlaken and nearby areas.
Parking is convenient, which is a big plus if you’re travelling by car. Our room had a kitchenette, which was extremely helpful and added a lot of level of comfort and flexibility to the stay.
The hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free throughout. The staff were friendly and supportive.
A great option for travellers who value location, convenience, and practicality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed at this time was very comfortable, but what really impressed me was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat!
The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

KKP85This is the happiest, most enjoyable, and most beautiful hotel in the world. It's a space for loving families and couples. The staff greet you with kindness and genuine hospitality, and everything about it is impeccable and top-notch. The delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee on the terrace are unforgettable moments. The pool, kids' club, and tennis court are also perfect, and time flies by the moment you step inside. This is the best hotel in Switzerland. (It's even more comfortable than the Bürgenstock Hotel, and I personally preferred it.)

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
