We got free room upgrade! Thank you for handling us really well! We’re looking forward to our next booking! The room is really nice and huge for the two of us. We got this place cause we are watching a concert in MOA Arena! And it’s the nearest soool near that you can walk around 10 mins or less.

Overall the arrival experience is fantastic with very cosy kind of ambience. But am not sure about the finishing of our junior suite room, no 352, as it is tired and aged, such as derailing sliding wardrobe, loosening door knobs, aged power switches and sockets, don't know where to find switches to ON and OFF, and so much more. Lastly, we can hear the renovation works are on going on top of us which we weren't being informed. Well....well... well...

Very convenient from the mall, more food stalls and to the airport. Very friendly staff, however it was rainy we didn’t enjoy the swimming pool. But over all it was good.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. I stayed in an executive king room, and it was ok. My biggest issue is that the room was too warm for my taste wioth little air circulation which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast served in the executive lounge was below average with most of the food being served cold, like the eggs, bacon, hashborwns, etc. All cold. Also the executive check-in process was very drawn out and takes way too long. I was tired from flight and just wanted to go to my room. The room was clean and nicely arranged and the staff is pleasant.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

The room given to us was a little dated, but clean and spacious. Service was great as well as the food. Breakfast buffet also has a good selection. Lobby cafe is also cozy.
