"During my first stay at the hotel, the room was quite good it was located on the upper floor. There was a small space for my belongings to put in and a coffee table with chairs, but during my next stay and just recently my room was located on lower floor, the room seems to be getting small with no side tables and chairs where I can put my belongings or to have coffee or eat the food that I bought from outside the hotel. Hopefully on my next visit I could have a better room just like the first time I stayed at the hotel. And someone will assist me to locate the room so I'm not lost. For me, I recommend this hotel, it's accessible to all."

Amazing
GGuest UserOur stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received.
JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.
LLiupengpengLiuPengpengIn the chaotic city of Manila, this place is a rare sanctuary. The hygiene is excellent, and it's very quiet. The decor is Japanese-style, and everyone is very well-behaved. Right outside, there's a bus stop, a large shopping mall is a short walk away, and the subway station is also very close. For a layover or a short stay in Manila, this is the best choice.
GGuest UserVery convenient place to stay in Manila, close to airport and various shopping malls, super helpfull staff, arranged me earlier checkin and gave extra hour for checkout. Definitelly recommend
SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
GGuest UserWe stayed here since its close to MOA Arena and we are watching some concerts. Place is ok, it feels unsafe to walk outside tho specially at night. Tons of tambays outside. Also the ocean view looks horrible due to the dredging plus we saw tons of garbage down below.
Its cold so we didnt get to use or see their pool.
Breakfast is good tho.
KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!
良良桐映雪The fan room was simple and practical, and the no-breakfast option perfectly suited my travel schedule. The shared bathroom was well-maintained with good separation between wet and dry areas, though you might have to queue when it's busy. The fan was powerful enough, the room had good natural light, and the overall cleanliness and tidiness made it a no-brainer for a temporary stopover.
AAI.TRAVELI've been to 3 different locations of Maine City, because of my work I travel a lot and have been to different hotels too. This hotel is the best of giving service among the 3 Maine city hotels. I tried their shared Ac room and it was excellent I can say. The room is clean and the shared bathroom too was fine. But the best thing about this hotel is their great service to their guests. The guy from reception was the best. The check-in time was at 2 pm but I arrived early at 11 am and he told me if the room was ready at 1 pm he could let me check-in. And I got checked in at 1:15. He was polite and professional, and had an amazing personality he was smiling throughout the time. When I got into my room, maybe the hk was in a hurry and I forgot to turn on the AC but I was really tired of going down the stairs I just slept through luckily there was a fan in the room. When I went out I passed by reception and asked the woman if she could help me with my AC, she then apologized and said that she would assist me in my room. I went up first and after maybe 3 mins she came with the controller and assisted me. She said that she would come back after 30 mins to check the temperature but I insist that it's already fine. She was really helpful and quick to assist the guest with the problem. The only thing I'm not really fond of in the room is that there's no window but it was okay because it was written in the room category. Maine city's lobby was also immaculately clean the aroma was subtle and the décor was warm and comfy, love it. Thanks to the Hk team too for the cleaning I really love your Tramo Branch. If I come together with my family or friends I will definitely bring them there and I would really recommend this place to my circle. Thank you Maine City Tramo I had a wonderful stay.
