Breakfast was average and service was good. Security is great. All floors require an APP downloaded on your mobile phone to open the door! Unlock 🔓. It is difficult to find the door downstairs, it is not obvious.

The more troublesome thing is the door lock, which is very complicated. The old lady doesn't know English well, so she only learned how to open the door at first but didn't know how to lock the door. There was a young man behind her, and she understood it after talking with her. The room is pretty good, the toilet is relatively big, and it's the most convenient location as it's close to the train station.

Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, ma in questo caso non posso fare altrimenti. Premetto che ho avuto un problema io con l’orario di arrivo, siamo arrivati in tarda serata a causa di vari disguidi durante il viaggio ma ero tranquilla perché su Booking diceva fosse un check-in automatico ( cosa che ho fatto in tantissimi posti tramite un apposito codice all’esterno della struttura). Una volta arrivati li scopriamo che di automatico non c’era proprio nulla, ma ci siam ritrovati a dover interagire con una signora sgarbata che non parlava neanche bene l’italiano, non capiva cosa le dicessi al punto tale da esasperarmi. Per colpa sua abbiamo impiegato un’ora a fare il check-in poiché non trovava la prenotazione e continuava a ribadire che la mia prenotazione fosse stata fatta su ******* ( mentre le mostravo al cellulare la prenotazione tramite Booking). Inoltre, nonostante avessi già pagato e su Booking ci fosse la dicitura ‘include tasse e costi’, è uscito fuori che ci fosse da pagare una tassa di soggiorno. Della struttura e della pulizia non parlo nemmeno, mi dispiace solo di aver portato i miei genitori a dormire qui … ho girato tanti posti nel mondo ma uno scempio del genere non si era mai visto. Meglio dormire per strada credetemi. Chiudete!

I didn't stay because after booking with Booking without the right to cancel, I realized that the room had a shared bathroom and it would have been a problem with a disabled person. The Guest was very kind by canceling the same without any penalty. Much due.

Dirty and noisy room, stained sheets and towels, intermittent hot water and heating and rude and arrogant receptionist. Terrible welcome, an experience absolutely not to be repeated!

Stopover on the way to Porto Santo Stefano. The location is perfect for this - the B&B is just a few steps from the train station. Facilities are basic, staff too. Overall OK! One thing still needs to be mentioned. My partner is gluten intolerant. So I asked before setting off on the trip: is gluten-free bread possible for breakfast? The answer: "certo". Result: on the first morning - no gluten-free bread. Long explanation and gluten-free bread promised for the following day. Result: no gluten-free bread. Conclusion: not everything is "certo" here either!

On the way to our sailing trip we stopped in Pisa for 2 days. The location of the B&B is simply top notch - right next to the train station and on Corso Italia. Everything was a bit simple but clean. The bed - well - there are better ones. Unfortunately, the gluten-free bread for breakfast was not available despite ordering it in advance and reminding us several times...

Non ho soggiornato in questa struttura. Pur avendo prenotato con oltre un mese di anticipo, al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che le nostre camere non erano disponibili. Non ci sono state date spiegazioni, alla reception si sono limitati a dare la colpa a booking. Ci è stato creato un enorme disagio dal momento che eravamo già in tarda serata ed abbiamo due bambini piccoli. Il proprietario della struttura, contattato telefonicamente, non ci ha neanche aiutato a trovare un'altra struttura ed è stato evasivo e scortese, così come il personale della reception che continuava a urlare al telefono disturbandoci mentre cercavamo un altro albergo per la notte. Pessima esperienza, sconsigliatissimo!
