First of all no service at all during arrival. Code to the entry door at the street did not work.. check in through a kiosk on level 5 where the elevator was avalible, got a room on floor 3 in a different staircase without elevator.
Room was nice and clean but had no ventilation or control to the ac. The room did not have any noise insulation so every sound from the hallway could have been in the room.
Also breakfast and reception was 10 min walk away along with the bag storage room ( we had a couple of hours before transfer)

L’hotel è al centro di Praga, comodissimo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche di questa meravigliosa città. Unica pecca la mancanza di ascensore, in caso di necessità purtroppo non è disponibile abbiamo avuto una stanza al quinto piano e non era proprio il massimo della comodità. Stanza familiare che abbiamo avuto noi è molto piccola mancavano punti di appoggio tipo scrivania o leggio, inoltre sarebbe importante un frigobar dove mettere delle bevande in fresco. Rapporto qualità prezzo comunque imbattibile. Giudizio comunque positivo

I would give it a 5 stars BUT.
it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases.

Small lift to nice rooms on the 5th floor.
Reception and breakfast are barely 10 minutes away near the Charles Bridge.
Staff met at the otherwise anonymous entrance to the accommodation.

Room was fine, but was located in a different place than the main hotel. Much confusion by both me and the hotel management about how I was able to book the room, as it had been closed for covid. Consequently the check in process was a bit of a mess, that was eventually sorted out. Note that room is about 10 blocks from main hotel where (a good) breakfast is served. Nice people, just logistically complex.

Ειχα κλεισει με την κοπελα μου να μεινουμε 2 βραδια σε αυτο το ''ξενοδοχειο'' ; ''Διαμερισμα" ; Κανεις δε ξερει .. Η ρεσεψιον 5 τετραγωνα πιο κατω που πρωτα πας εκει να παραλαβεις κλειδια κ τα σχετικα κ μετα αν εχεις βαλιτσες σε πηγαινουν στο δωματιο αλλιως σου λεει πανε με τα ποδια .. Φτανοντας στο κτιριο του διαμερισματος κουβαλαω 5 κλειδια . το 1ο κλειδι χρειαστηκε στην εξωπορτα του κτιριου , μπηκαμε μεσα με την κοπελα μου πηραμε το ασανσερ και πηγαμε στον 5ο οροφο οπως μας ειπανε , εκει υπηρχε αλλη πορτα που εβαλα το 2ο κλειδι , μετα υπηρχε 3η πορτα που εβαλα 3ο κλειδι και επρεπε να κατεβω με τα σκαλια ΜΟΝΟ δεν γινοταν αλλιως 2 οροφους για να παω στην ΤΕΤΑΡΤΗ πορτα να βαλω το 4ο κλειδι για να μπω στα 4-5 διαμερισματα που εχουν σε αυτο τον οροφο .. και ετσι εβαλα και το 5ο κλειδι στην πορτα του δωματιου μου .. Μπηκα μεσα και ειχε 2 μπαλκονοπορτες ξυλινες . καμια απτις 2 δεν εκλειναν οποτε εμπαινε κρυο .. ενημερωσαμε την ρεσεψιον στο τηλεφωνο που ηταν 5 στενα κατω και ειπε ερχεται καποιος να σας το φτιαξει . Ηρθε καποιος αλλα στην ουσια δεν εφτιαξε τις πορτες, απλα κλειδωσε την μια... ΥΓ . Προσωπικο ευγενικοτατο αλλα ΑΝ ΕΧΕΤΕ ΒΑΛΙΤΣΕΣ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Praga. Camera pulita e spaziosa al 5 piano comodamente raggiungibile con l'ascensore. La reception si trova a circa 8 minuti a piedi ed il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Super consigliato!
