Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! ๐Ÿ‘ On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! ๐Ÿ‘Ž

The hotel is new, but the rooms are small. Cleanliness is excellent, though the drainage is only in poor condition. The restaurant's breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit, and the service is excellent. The location is average, but Riyadh's public transportation still needs improvement; you might as well call a ride-hailing service.
