Excellent location. Refurbished room, Ikea furniture, but functional and clean. However, my daughter and I had the bathroom flooded for a week when taking a shower. Clogged drain, box leaking, even inside the room. We had to contain the water with towels. The shower ran hot until it burned the skin and then cooled down and didn't get hot. We complained and to no avail. There is no support for you to put personal hygiene items, neither inside nor outside the shower box. There is no instruction manual on how to operate the air conditioning, much less on paid breakfast, or room cleaning schedule (one day we slept late and the room was not cleaned). Taking into account that we paid 180 euros per night without breakfast, maybe the cost x benefit is not so good. Paying more for the same location in another hotel could have been better. The lack of 24-hour reception is an inconvenience, because who is going to send WhatsApp at night saying that the bathroom is flooded and the shower does not heat up??? The owner should think better and: maintain reception at least for longer, put instructions in the rooms, support in the bathrooms, connector for several electronic devices (it doesn't make sense to turn off the minibar and turn on the coffee maker and vice versa), and at least one bottle of water when the guest arrives at the hotel for the first time and has nothing open (you have to drink tap water).
