Estoy en el lugar en este momento, vengo de un vuelo largo. El lugar se ve horrible y se accede por una escalera . No tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Solicité un check in más temprano que las 14 , ya que no me quedaré a dormir y me dijeron que podía ser a las 10 pero no lo están respetando. Solicité un toilette y es una vergüenza. Me arrepiento de haber hecho está reserva . No tienen un trato cordial No lo recomiendo a nadie. No deberían existir lugares tan mediocres. Espero que puedan resarcirme del mal momento que estoy pasando. Y aun no he visto la habitación....no se qué me espera.

Ho prenotato 2 camere per il weekend, appena arrivati ci han fatto saldare il conto prima di vedere le camere, lasciamo i bagagli e andiamo per le vie di Roma, alle 19 arriviamo in camera per una doccia al volo e poi a cena ma l'acqua calda non funziona quindi dopo aver provato diverse volte a chiamare il numero che ci han lasciato senza una risposta ( visto che la reception è inesistente, o vengono solo 2 ore per il saldo del conto!!!), saltiamo la doccia e andiamo a cena. La sera quando rientro in camera e tolgo il copriletto una macchia di sangue secco mi colpisce la vista e mi viene quasi da piangere, la colazione servita su una terrazza sul tetto è buona ( con l'aggiunta di 7 euro a testa al giorno) attenzione perché se piove devi accontentarti di farla in camera perché la terrazza non è coperta, non aprire le finestre per guardare fuori perché tra i bisogni dei piccioni e mozziconi di sigarette ti passa la poesia di esser nella bellissima capitale, purtroppo è Roma e i clienti arrivano senza dare qualità ma vi do' un consiglio!! Imparate a fare il vostro lavoro

Cuando abres la puerta del ascensor solo puedes pensar: ¿Pero donde me he metido? Pero luego llegas a la habitación y se te cae el alma al suelo. Pequeña, con ventana a un patio interior y cuarto de baño que mejor ni describir. La cama se hunde y apenas hay sitio para las maletas.

Grande déception, attention ne réservez pas sans avoir lu les avis. A la réservation sur booking et aux photos on pense être dans le luxe. Bien difficile de voir que la chambre standard est une chambre de bonne. Bref on s’est fait avoir c’est hors de prix et pas luxueux du tout. Quelle déception a l’arrivée on traverse un couloir au 4 eme étage ( balaies cartons…) … 250 euros quand même la nuit…. Réclamation: à la réception une femme vraiment gentille et compétente ; elle nous change de chambre ouf. Je pense malgré tout que cela ne vaut pas le prix. Très bien placé il faut le reconnaître, mais il reste que le rideau est sale, la terrasse pas du tout comme sur les photos, des trous dans le mur… pas du tout un quatre étoiles.

Excellent location. Refurbished room, Ikea furniture, but functional and clean. However, my daughter and I had the bathroom flooded for a week when taking a shower. Clogged drain, box leaking, even inside the room. We had to contain the water with towels. The shower ran hot until it burned the skin and then cooled down and didn't get hot. We complained and to no avail. There is no support for you to put personal hygiene items, neither inside nor outside the shower box. There is no instruction manual on how to operate the air conditioning, much less on paid breakfast, or room cleaning schedule (one day we slept late and the room was not cleaned). Taking into account that we paid 180 euros per night without breakfast, maybe the cost x benefit is not so good. Paying more for the same location in another hotel could have been better. The lack of 24-hour reception is an inconvenience, because who is going to send WhatsApp at night saying that the bathroom is flooded and the shower does not heat up??? The owner should think better and: maintain reception at least for longer, put instructions in the rooms, support in the bathrooms, connector for several electronic devices (it doesn't make sense to turn off the minibar and turn on the coffee maker and vice versa), and at least one bottle of water when the guest arrives at the hotel for the first time and has nothing open (you have to drink tap water). Here's the tip, Mr. Owner! You can make a profit and please your guests, who are your reason for existing and being open.

We booked two nights at this hotel for 4 people through booking 3 months before our stay. Three weeks before traveling they write to me notifying me that the added credit card is not valid. I delete it, I add it again and I also add another visa for my husband. After two days they tell me that it is not valid and without any further comment they cancel the reservation. I've been booking with the same card for a year, I've gone to the bank to check it and the card is totally valid. I suspect that they had some demand on their website for that quadruple room, being able to get more money and the easy thing was to cancel my reservation for reasons that I can prove are not true. Booking once the hotel cancels, they cannot reactivate the reservation. Conclusion: 3 weeks after my trip to Rome, the rooms have gone up a lot and are only far from the center. A shame. DO NOT BOOK IN THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!
