Very friendly staff, extremely clean and well appointed rooms, modern bathroom with amenities, convenient location, felt safe, quiet rooms. I would stay here again and again. Super breakfast in the morning delivered to our rooms.

Wonderful accommodations in the heart of Rome! The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. Thoughtful details and amenities. Susy was a wonderful host! Easy to contact with questions, and so hospitable and kind. Highly recommend!

This hotel is probably great IF you do NOT book the room labeled as “inner courtyard view”. We arrived to the hotel to self check-in at 10PM to discover the one and only window in our room was not a window to the outside. It was a window into an emergency elevator shaft. We spoke to a staff member in the morning. The woman at the desk was very understanding and she acknowledged that our booking confirmation explicitly said “inner courtyard view”. She even took a photo of the booking confirmation because she was confused as to how it said “no view” on the hotel’s end but “inner courtyard view” on our end. We asked to be moved, but there were no other rooms available. We asked what could be done to remedy the situation and she said she would talk to the manager. The manager insisted that the booking said “no view” and refused to do anything to make us feel more comfortable about staying. We looked into switching hotels, but trying to find a last minute hotel in Rome for a decent price is impossible, especially given that Queen Palace refused to refund us partially or fully. We would have been nearly $700 down the drain, so we put up with it and stayed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly (FYI there is no staff present in the evening). The hotel is in a building where you have to walk up 1 flight or stairs to the elevator that takes you to the third floor. The building houses other businesses and living accommodations but it felt very safe. The location is great. We probably would have been satisfied with our stay here if we were in any other room. But I am leaving 1/5 stars for the hotel deliberately misleading guests in their listing and then refusing to remedy the problem when they were clearly in the wrong.

The location is excellent - you can walk to most sites within 10 - 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with marble floors and 15 foot ceilings. We stayed in a two room suited which was spacious and met the needs of our family of three. It was July and the the air conditioning worked great -- an oasis from the heat.

We stayed in one of the rooms in october 2021. The rooms are located in a non-traffic zone, but the receptionist told us it was no problem dropping of the luggage. They said we will handle it, no problem, but we still ended up with a traffic ticket of € 90,-. After informing the hotel about the ticket, we are still waiting for a reply. Worst customer service ever...
