On the first night, I felt okay. Although the room was a bit small, I felt okay in other aspects. On the second day, I directly chose the original room online to continue my stay, and went downstairs to the front desk at 1 o'clock to swipe the room card. As a result, at 2 o'clock, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and said it was time to check out. I said we would extend our stay. Half an hour later, the front desk called again and asked us to pay the room fee. I was really speechless. The cleaning lady didn't know, and the front desk didn't know. I went to the front desk at 1 o'clock to renew my room card. I really met you. ! A good nap was interrupted twice, and I was furious! !

原先出差時候住過漢庭3.5，當時給的印象很好，這次來深圳也是選擇漢庭，雖然是2.7但是環境和服務都很滿意。 1.衛生還是很乾凈的！雖然入住時候出了點小意外，但是前台小哥很好的換房升房型，服務很好，這裏工作人員和阿姨保安都很nice且熱情 2.在兩個地鐵站中間，大概走八分鐘左右，位置還可以，周邊是學校以及居民區，所以吃的東西很多，在八樓，隔音很棒，幾乎聽不到樓下吵鬧聲，走廊隔音一般幾乎是所有酒店的通病，但是有地毯所以外邊走路幾乎沒有聲音，就是房間水管連接樓上和畢業，半夜會因為水聲吵醒 3.房間設施的話，電視不知道為啥投屏不了，不過自己帶了平板也就沒這個需求（好像是2.7的都會這樣？），還有免費打印服務√機器人送餐√ 總結:很棒的一次入住體驗~下次還會選擇漢庭~

很好，很推薦，在西麗大學城附近，都是吃的。出差住個鐘點房補覺，性價比特高，攜程上訂很好。全天也不貴，設施很新，乾淨，服務也到位，唯一小缺點是樓上有裝修，不過性價比高就對了。可以免費停車

This hotel is an economical type. About 900 meter from closest Station. It is about 13 minutes walk. Taxi is the best selection if you get large luggage. Comments will be made base on my expectation to this type of hotel. I don’t expect luxury facilities or room design or services. The most important is price less than 200 for a double room, hygiene and no bad smelt. Overall the bed, table and chair are clean and tidy. Toilet bowl is ok. However the shower head has much stains on it. It is not because of cleaning problem but a long period of usage. Stains also appears on the wall in the shower room, but not serious. There is a long crack on the wall about 3 feet long. It seems they have repaired it, but appears again. Regarding the air - con. It is cold enough, quit, however, it seems not cleaning every year, much stains on the outlet. The window can be locked but there is a seam here. Lucky is in the past 4 days did not have rain. They use paper cup instead of glass, just environmental problem not cleaning issue. Staff working in HomeInn are young and helpful. Always wear smile on their face including cleaning lady. When I complain, they have quick response and resolve them immediately. Overall, I shall not say HomeInn is poor, but acceptable. Next time, I shall try other economical type hotel like 7 days.

Relatives came here to book the hotel, did not pay attention before, 366 Street there is such an exquisite hotel, when I first came over, because I brought a suitcase, the hotel also specially came down to help with luggage, praise! The experience is also very comfortable, the bedding is very good, very soft, close to the body, and the room is very meticulous, the places you can see in the corners are very clean, the air conditioner can also heat, the hot water is very timely, the overall decoration of the room is very like, must be five-star praise!

The lady at the front desk of the hotel was very gentle and had a good service attitude. She also upgraded the room for free. I look forward to going there again next time. This hotel has a good value for money, and the public space also has an atmosphere. It is said that every room has an external window, which is good.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good. I can hear the WeChat calls from next door. When I booked the room, I was told that it was no longer available. I had to pay extra to change it to a larger room. The hygiene was okay.

The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the room layout is warm, elegant and romantic, Xiao Zhang at the front desk has a good service attitude, is warm and thoughtful, the surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the travel is very safe. There are many shops and food nearby.

We travelled with families and children to come for the safari zoo visit. The hotel is close to the zoo but far from the malls. Good thing is this hotel is NEW and offer EXCELLENT buffet breakfast!! Hotel staffs Joe and Michelle Ling are so helpful to assist our check-in service and Joe waived my children’s breakfast fee ! The twin bed room is big and can accommodate two adults and two children. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers as it mains international standard of 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟！
