Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

An incredibly satisfying experience! The facilities are beautiful, there are activities every day, and the food is delicious. You can even feed little goats, drink coffee, and play billiards – it's just so comfortable. Service: Full marks! Everyone is so attentive; as soon as you sit down, a staff member immediately brings water. Our dog also received great care and was very happy. There were dogs running on the lawn and elderly people relaxing by the bonfire. Everyone in the family could relax. Especially when we encountered some special circumstances, the staff reacted quickly, which was very reassuring – they didn't just ignore us. Out of all the staycations I've had, this was by far the best overall experience. Facilities: They have moxibustion machines and you can even transcribe scriptures. There's a billiards table and a bonfire setup. The underfloor heating in the room was also very comfortable.

First off, from my photography skills, you can tell I'm definitely not an ad for the hotel! The hotel's environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch and absolutely fantastic! I actually extended my stay in Emei Mountain for two more days because my hotel experience was so incredibly wonderful! I really didn't expect to have such a pleasant and happy time interacting with the butler, the restaurant staff, and the spa attendants. I even think I met the owners – I overheard them discussing the hotel's design, landscape aesthetics, and even choosing dinnerware. You can tell the owner is very dedicated, passionate, and truly loves what they do. I've always believed that genuine sincerity can't be faked! I hope these sincere staff members and owners can continue to carry this passion and sincerity, meeting like-minded guests. I also hope this rare and attentive management style, which pays attention to every detail, continues. (Even a simple appetizer like the pickled plum pumpkin shouldn't be underestimated – it was truly amazing!)

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

The location is fantastic! It's about a 10-minute brisk walk to the starting point of Baoguo Temple, and even closer to the bus departure point at the passenger transport center. The surrounding area has everything you need – food and daily necessities are easily accessible. The room felt new, and the service was warm and welcoming. Any small issues we encountered were promptly resolved. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip. I recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season!

Its Zen-inspired design blends seamlessly with the natural landscape, creating a tranquil and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. A stroll through the scenic views is truly therapeutic. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with impeccable hygiene. The amenities are of high quality, with premium toiletries, bedding, and other amenities made with carefully selected materials. The private hot spring facilities are clean and comfortable, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. From service and transportation to accommodations and the overall environment, everything is top-notch. Whether for relaxation or a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan. Highly recommended! There's also a particularly pleasant bamboo forest boardwalk, and the hot spring pool on the balcony is perfect for lazy vacationers who don't want to travel!
