An amazing host and an outstanding stay! Highly recommended The host is incredibly easy to communicate with and always replies so promptly, which made our entire trip hassle-free. The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition. What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance! The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The owner of this hotel is very enthusiastic, especially Every day will cook breakfast ~ mother-in-law, ~ every morning I greeted warmly, once I returned to the hotel the night before, ~ the second morning called me to rest and invited me to eat fruit and bury dessert , especially heartwarming ☺️, It feels like a Japanese home, so I will definitely stay again next time.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is very convenient, and there is a convenience store, a large bookstore and an electronics shop nearby. Walking with luggage in the snow can be a bit tricky though, so it’s better to take it slow to avoid slipping. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay: the hotel offers self check-in and check out, and there is complimentary coffee and matcha latte available for guests. The only downside was that the body wash felt a little harsh on my skin, so I would recommend bringing your own if you have sensitive skin.

I initially thought that staying in a hostel/capsule hotel like this would be a terrible experience, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. Of course, I booked it because it was cheap. During the peak season of the Snow Festival, it was significantly cheaper, even half the price of other regular hotels. So, even if the experience was bad, I could tolerate it, but it actually wasn't. Plus, I got to experience the local (northern) sauna culture, which was quite new for me, a southerner. First, let's talk about the location. It's a straight five-minute walk from Susukino Station, and there's also a city tram stop right outside, so transportation is very convenient. Personally, I recommend taking the airport bus because you don't have to drag your luggage so far. In Susukino, it's naturally convenient for dining and shopping. There's a convenience store just across the street downstairs, basically solving most of your needs. There are 4.5 floors of hotel accommodation, with over a hundred beds on each floor. When I went, it was the peak season of the Snow Festival, but the occupancy rate seemed to be only about half, so there weren't that many people near your bed. There might be occasional noise, but guests from all over the world are generally well-behaved and consciously control their volume during quiet hours. So, staying here is pretty much like a school dorm. If you can accept a school dorm, then this place should be fine too. After staying, I realized that this place is essentially a three-in-one: accommodation is capsule (hostel) + internet cafe. You buy a bed, and the public area provides basic entertainment like comics. Showering is in a Japanese public bathhouse, which also has hot spring pools and a sauna area. I recommend that those who haven't been before should learn about the customs and etiquette in advance. The dining area is similar to an izakaya, operating from evening until 1 AM, offering basic staple foods and some drinks. The overall facilities and services are quite comprehensive, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my four or five-day stay. If you think the bed is expensive, there's a sneaky trick (prerequisite: you need to understand Japanese and the billing rules). You can use it like a Japanese public bathhouse, just like the locals do. Go in and select the 'day trip' (日帰り) option on the machine. Sometimes, the final bill will be cheaper than booking a bed. However, the downside is that you won't have a bed, and you'll have to find a place to spend the night in the dining area or public lounge on the 7th floor. If there are too many people, you might not find a place to rest. So, judge for yourselves. This trick is recommended for those who are more familiar with Japan. Before staying, I saw some reviews mentioning two concerns, and now I'll address them based on my actual experience: First, female staff passing through the changing area outside the bathhouse. I did encounter this two or three times. I guess the front desk and dining staff took the stairs to the dining area to save elevator waiting time. They also tried to keep their heads down and avoid looking, so I personally don't mind. If you do, then I suggest you consider not staying here. Second, the air conditioning is kept at 18-20 degrees Celsius (64-68°F), which was perfect for me. After all, it's below zero outdoors, and too large a temperature difference can be uncomfortable.

1. Regarding breakfast, 50% off coffee for staying guests. 2. Regarding cost performance, accommodation in Sapporo is generally expensive, and the price is very reasonable. 3. The location of the hotel is not very good, there is a parking lot. 4. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, toiletries are provided, and the activity area is also quite large.

This is a good place to stay, close to Sapporo Station, about a 10-minute walk. It's also about a 10-minute walk to the Clock Tower and Susukino. So, not too close, not too far. The hotel offers many amenities for guests to use. If you include breakfast, you'll get daily coupons for a free breakfast at DOUTOR. Just ask at the counter. The restaurant is right there, turn left when you exit the hotel. The room is big enough to open a 24-inch suitcase. The air conditioning is central; it tends to be warm, but you can open the window a bit to let in some cool air. There's a washing machine for 300 yen and a dryer for 100 yen. Check your floor carefully, as each floor has different facilities. The bathroom is a decent size, not too small or too big, and has a bathtub. The room is also reasonably soundproof.

It's about a 30-minute drive from the city center, which is really convenient if you're driving. The area is very peaceful and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was super nice; I saw some motorcycles on display, so I asked him about them, and we ended up chatting about bikes – super cool! Language-wise, there's always translation available, so it's actually quite convenient. The room isn't huge but it's very comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was bigger than I expected, with a very clean toilet! The best part is the free parking, which is a huge plus! Overall, I had a really great experience.

I stayed on a Saturday night and was warmly welcomed by a sweet petite lady at check-in. I wish I’d asked her name. The building’s exterior looked like something out of Ghibli movie, and the interior felt like a cozy tavern from an anime. The room, toilet, and bath were all very clean. Highly recommended for budget travelers who value cleanliness and comfort. I wish I’d had time to try a meal at their restaurant. It looked inviting..

Location is great. Close to nakajjma koen subway, 3 stops away from sapporo station subway. From airport, if by bus, there is airport bus that requires additional 13 minutes walk from bus stop to hotel. Definitely not recommended for those with heavy luggage with slippery/thick snow, to walk that far. It feels like 1 hour and risk of falling. Lawson is just at the corner. Checked in using code given, self service. Communication F2F was tricky, as using lots of google translate.Messages through tips, take a while for them to reply. Microwave at lobby and level 2. Extra amenities can pick up by yourself at lobby (hair brush, towels, razor, cotton buds) Washing machine at level 2 (5 kg load - 300 yen for 30 min), but dryer not working at all (100 yen for 30 min) Overall, if you just need place to sleep, not too fancy, this is great place to stay

Comfortable stay with good facilities (better if you have a car) Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the place was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day. One thing to note is the location 🙂it is not very convenient without a car, so I would recommend driving. If you have a car, then everything is fine and easy to get around. Service was decent overall, and everything went quite smoothly. There is still some room for improvement, but it was a good experience and worth the price. Would consider staying again.
