Everything was good, location is perfect, even there is a airport limousine stop right near the hotel entrance. It was very convenient when I have been on my way to airport because of heavy rain. Hotel lobby is very spacious and modern, they suggest beverages for free. My room was a pretty small but it is completely fine for a night stand. Hotel also suggest free public bath, onsen, but there is a tattoo policy, please keep it in mind. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful me in some ways. Definitely, recommended place!

This hotel is a top choice for those who prioritize location and value for money! The location is superb. Traveling with seniors, we could reach Tanukikoji, Moyuk, Daiso, the Pole Town underground shopping street, and Don Quijote within 5 minutes. Parco and Mitsukoshi were within 10 minutes. There are countless restaurants and drugstores nearby. Right across from the hotel is a chain tonkatsu restaurant, packed with locals. There's a slight wait during peak hours, but it offers great value, and on weekdays, they even have special lunch sets. Pork lovers should definitely try their most expensive set (though portions are huge, and everyone has to order one – consider ordering the cheapest one to round out the number of orders if you're not that hungry). Regarding the rooms, we adjusted to a cheaper, randomly assigned room before arrival, requesting adjacent rooms on a high floor and quiet, and all our requests were met. We ended up with three twin rooms on the highest floor. The beds weren't small, and the room size was definitely enough for one person. I had a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase plus a duffel bag, and I could open everything. For two people with a lot of luggage, it might be a bit tight. Overall, the hotel facilities are relatively new, small but have everything you need. Breakfast, if included, is very basic. For three days, aside from one type of bread (croissant and whole wheat toast rotated), everything else was the same. The taste was decent, but the selection was very limited. We mostly just had a quick bite before heading out each day. I'd recommend skipping breakfast unless you have seniors or children who absolutely need to eat right after waking up. The picture shows all the available options. There's also what they call 'free light meals' from 3 PM to 10 PM. The pictures made it look abundant, but we didn't see any desserts for three days, only ice cream. Coffee and hot tea are available all day. There's an ice machine on the first floor. I basically used it to sit down and rest while waiting for the seniors to finish their meal after my morning stroll. The fruit tea is delicious. Rooms don't provide water, so you'd often see people refilling their bottles here, which is fine. Service-wise, it varied: The long-haired female staff member at check-in was rather cold and had mediocre English skills. The group before us was Korean guests, and she treated both groups with a flat, expressionless demeanor. However, she processed everything quite quickly. There was also a Japanese middle-aged man with a protruding belly. Initially, he stood behind the two front desk staff, watching them work. I thought he was a manager overseeing operations, but his attitude was also very impatient. When I tried to pay the accommodation tax, I wanted to swipe my card. The machine and the female staff member weren't familiar with it, and it didn't work at first (it turned out the magnetic strip was inserted the wrong way). He kept saying ”no no no,” snatched my card, and tried to insert it. But my card didn't have a chip, so inserting it wouldn't work, which I had explained beforehand. In the end, it still had to be swiped. I've never encountered such rude front desk staff. The female staff next to him also looked a bit startled. However, several subsequent staff members, both male and female, regardless of their English proficiency, had very good attitudes. Especially one young man – we were waiting to use the laundry, and one machine finished but the clothes hadn't been picked up. I went to the front desk to explain, and the young man immediately responded with a smile. A tip for everyone: if you're like us and want to wash all your accumulated outerwear at the end of your stay, try to avoid peak hours after dinner. There are only two washing machines and two dryers, and when it gets crowded, some people don't come to pick up their clothes on time, which can be frustrating. There's also an airport limousine bus stop nearby (we didn't use it but saw it, not far away). This chain hotel is ubiquitous, and its locations are generally good. Overall, it offers good value for money!👍

I've stayed in many hotels in various cities in Japan, but this is one of my favorites. It has everything I need, and is conveniently located near Odori Park and the bustling Susukino area. My room was excellent – larger than I expected and with a decent city view. It was clean, relatively new, and well-equipped. The hotel was well-managed, and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee every morning; they were tasety. If I have the chance to return to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel – definitely one of the largest I've stayed in. The location is excellent; it's just a short walk to Nijo Market, the large supermarket in Susukino, Tanukikoji shopping street, and major shopping malls. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, so you can pretty much find anything you're craving. The hotel breakfast is good, and if you love sashimi, you'll absolutely adore what they offer. If I go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

This hotel is great! The location is convenient, just a short walk to major attractions, which saves a lot of time whether you're taking a taxi or running errands. Overall, I think the environment is pretty good, but I did notice one small issue: there was quite a bit of dust on the clothes hangers in the room, which needs attention. Other areas seemed mostly fine, and it wasn't too uncomfortable to stay there. What I liked most was the breakfast; there was a wide variety of items. While there weren't many Western breakfast options, what they had was delicious.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the JR Sapporo Station East Exit. The room and the hotel itself looked exactly like the photos online. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they offer DHC toiletries you can grab yourself. The breakfast spread was excellent, though I do wish they had more fruit options.

Tucked away in an alley next to ANA Crowne Plaza, this hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station and a 3-minute walk from the Sapporo subway station. The room was a bit small, but we could still open two checked bags. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety—not too much, not too little. I really liked that there's a coffee machine and ice machine in the lobby. The only downside is that there's only one elevator.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo’s most vibrant entertainment and dining district, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, and nightlife spots, so finding something to eat at any hour is never a problem. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities. Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.

Overall, my experience was positive, but I'd like to highlight an important point for other travelers. When you book nights individually rather than as one continuous reservation, the hotel's system treats each day as a new stay — requiring checkout before 11:00 AM and re-checkin after 3:00 PM daily. I had made 6 separate one-night bookings due to previously unconfirmed travel plans, which put me in this inconvenient situation. However, Trip.com's support team was incredibly helpful and resolved the matter on my behalf.  Highly commendable service — thank you, Trip.com!

This was a fantastic stay for us in Sapporo, Japan! 🇯🇵🩵 When I booked, seeing '63' in the hotel's name gave me a good feeling, as 63 is my lucky number 😛 And it certainly didn't disappoint! First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about an 8-minute walk from the station, and right outside, you're in a bustling downtown area with lots of malls, restaurants, and supermarkets. We could explore late into the evening before heading back. Secondly, and most importantly, the hotel has an onsen (hot spring), which was the main reason I chose this place. Hokkaido in May can still be a bit chilly, especially at night when it gets windy, so being able to soak in the hot spring every evening when we returned to the hotel was pure bliss! ♨️ The onsen was very comfortable, had a great, peaceful atmosphere, and they even provided shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryers. There was also a vending machine right outside. Additionally, the lobby offered a variety of bath salts for guests to take back to their rooms and use in the bathtub. Although we didn't end up using them this time, it was a nice, novel touch. The staff were all very friendly too. We were able to store our luggage in the lobby after checking out. While the room was a bit on the small side, most hotel rooms in Japan aren't very large. The room we booked had a window, a TV, a very spacious bed, and a desk. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation. Hotels in Sapporo are often quite expensive, but this one was reasonably priced, conveniently located, and I particularly emphasize the onsen!!! 🩵🩵
