The room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from MIT, Harvard, Boston University, Berklee College of Music, Tufts University, and Northeastern University. A taxi ride costs between $15-20 to these locations. It's also conveniently close to major attractions, generally under $20 by taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Harvard Square and downtown, with fewer runs on weekdays and more on weekends, which is great for getting around. There's a Whole Foods market and a gas station within an 8-minute walk, making everyday life very convenient. The river view rooms offer nice scenery, and you can enjoy Boston's night view from the top floor.

An excellent new hotel. The rooms are small, but very comfortable! The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. The location is perfect for transit stays or overnight layovers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being near the airport. I also liked the nice city and runway views. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. The only downside was that food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and dining options nearby are limited because it is located inside the airport area. Some parts of the hotel also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels in Boston. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone needing convenience, comfort, and quick airport access, especially for early morning flights or short stays in Boston.

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.

My stay at the Boston Copley Place Marriott in a River View King Room was a terrible experience. I arrived late at night and, after checking in, was assigned a room right next to the elevator. Throughout the night, the elevator frequently started and stopped, creating a constant and noticeable buzzing vibration and operational noise. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and the incessant noise made it impossible to get any restful sleep, severely impacting my rest quality. The front desk clearly thought I was an easy target, putting me in such a subpar room despite the price I paid. The room assignment was completely unreasonable and showed no consideration for guest comfort. My overall stay was unpleasant, and this experience was just as disappointing as my last one. I advise friends to always request a room far away from the hotel elevators, or else the staff will take advantage of you.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.

One restaurant. Just had some breakfast there. A bit pricey, but it is a Hilton. The gym is 5 star. Not a typical hotel gym. This was a highlight. Rooms are fairly large. 2 bottles of water provided in room. Bathroom was large. And for The price per night I paid via Trip.com , it was a bargain compared to other properties in the area. A short walk to Newbury St., and about a 15-20 walk to Fenway.
