Booked a family room, and it was super spacious and comfortable! The facilities are brand new, highly recommend it. The bathroom is also huge, and the decor is stylish and modern. Even with three people and five suitcases, it didn't feel cramped at all. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports!

ZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

Mom needs to travelIt took quite a while to figure out how to get there from the terminal (you must take elevator to different floor), but once you know it, it’s quite convenient to stay in this airport hotel (esp easy walk to Terminal C & E).
We had less than 24 hours in Boston and not renting a car, so we opt for airport hotel since there is free airport shuttle bus to Blue line & Silver line to go to city, and we dont plan to get up early the next day for departure. It takes 10 minutes walk to terminal E. Might be a bit difficult for those who drag heavy luggages on the carpet area though.
Uber is easy and Boston city hotels is not too far too, so it is really about price & preference. We booked at the rate it offered more value than other further airport hotels.
Service is great, room & amenities is standard. Beware their fridge is for non-perishable items!! (canned drinks will survive, but not your juice & milk!)

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Guest UserThe location is great. North Station offers access to two subway lines; you can take the Green Line directly to Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Boston Common. TD Garden is also just a 5-minute walk away. Bowdoin Station on the Blue Line, which connects to the airport, is close by too. It's a huge plus that you don't have to transfer when traveling with luggage, as the subway stations only have stairs. The shower water takes a few minutes to warm up, but it gets there. The room had a fridge, with bottled water inside, and a coffee maker. Downstairs, in front of the front desk, there was water, fruit-infused water, and fresh fruit, with coffee available in the mornings. While there were some minor imperfections and dents in the room, it didn't bother me. It's a stylish hotel, and the cleaning staff did a great job.

Anonymous UserHad such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible!
10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. I had specifically requested a room with a good view when I made the reservation, but the next morning, when I opened the curtains, all I saw was a wall. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I just made do for a few nights. One morning, there was a loud drilling noise at 9 AM that lasted on and off for about an hour. I contacted the front desk, and they just said they'd check on it, but the noise didn't stop, and I never received any follow-up. The room was also very small. On the positive side, the location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and it's connected to a large shopping mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Overall, it's okay, but the front desk service could use improvement.

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.

Guest UserOne restaurant. Just had some breakfast there. A bit pricey, but it is a Hilton. The gym is 5 star. Not a typical hotel gym. This was a highlight. Rooms are fairly large. 2 bottles of water provided in room. Bathroom was large. And for
The price per night I paid via Trip.com , it was a bargain compared to other properties in the area. A short walk to Newbury St., and about a 15-20 walk to Fenway.

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.
Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this.
Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.
