"The hotel is new, the bed is large and soft, and the room looked clean and odor-free.
However.
1. The service was terrible. During my multiple stays, I was served by different staff members morning, noon, and night. Most of the staff, who looked like interns, were mediocre. One young male staff member with bangs even refused my request to renew my parking contract.
2. We were unexpectedly charged for parking. We weren't told and were charged two $30 parking fees. We didn't drive, though.
3. Upon arrival, we were told that cleaning only happens every other day, and we took it for granted. Trash is only collected on cleaning days. I recommend leaving it at the door; they'll take it.
4. The staff only knocked three times before swiping their card to let us in. While I was initially shocked, I got used to it after a few days. They would just open the door and make eye contact. So remember to use the deadbolt.
Also, this review was written while sitting on the toilet. As you can see from the angle in the first photo, the toilet is completely visible the moment the door is opened. So corresponding to the 4 mentioned above, it is very scary."
