I stayed in Anshin's Kyoto hotel and enjoyed my stay there so much so that I decided to stay in their Tokyo hotel. Anshin Shinjuku is so convenient as it is so close to Shinjuku Station as well as the Express Bus Terminal. The capsule was spacious for me (I'm 6 ft), comfortable and clean. The staff was very diligent in cleaning the lounge and bathroom. The lounge has free drinks throughout the day and breakfast was tasty, although I didn't take the free supper as I don't have the habit of doing so.
Compared to another capsule hotel I stayed in Shinjuku as well as Ueno, I'll definitely stay in Anshin Shinjuku again.
As for service, most staff were very friendly except for one which I encountered who was a bit grumpy that day. Nevertheless, I had a very pleasant stay.

Free lounge is all good but sometimes too crowd and noisy.
Not a good choice for those who have difficulty in sleeping.
