Great hotel, delicious breakfast! The staff is ready to help with everything! It's a 20-minute walk to Ginza, metro line 3 is very close! If possible, ask for a non-smoking room. Even if you smoke, the smell is strong. But our friends had their room cleaned and the smell miraculously disappeared. The room is small, but everything is there - hairdryer, kettle. Towels are changed every day. Thanks to the hotel for the first days in Japan!

It is located between Bakuroyokoyama Station and Hamacho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.
There is a convenience store across the road.
There was a Freshness Burger within walking distance.
Amenities were a system where you took the minimum items such as combs, razors, toothbrushes, and pajamas from the side of the elevator on the first floor and brought them to your room.
I used it for the first time, but I was able to stay cheaply, so it feels like it's neither good nor bad.
If there is an opportunity, I will use it again.

Tall narrow building with a single elevator, resulting in long elevator wait times during breakfast (around 7am) and between 9 and 10am, while many people are all checking out. Otherwise typical Toyoko.
There is a convenience store (7-11) across the street, mini aeon supermarket with better prices less than 5 minute walk away.
Elevator-enabled access to Bakuroyokoyama station is also near (5 minutes away), convenient with luggage. Ningyocho station is about 10-15 minute walk away.
Love hotel right besides Toyoko, fun for people watching.
