The overall experience is good, the location is good, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good and the price-performance ratio is high. There is a laundry room which is very convenient, and you can also take a bath in the public bath.

Even though it was a weekend during the summer holidays, the price was reasonable and the facilities were perfectly fine. (The front desk is a little dark, though.) Although I didn't go, you can also use the sauna and open-air bath. It's also close to the entrance of Echika, so it was very convenient. You can also store your luggage before check-in. However, even though I was first in line to check in, the person who handled my luggage was so rude that seven or eight people who came later ended up checking in before me. In the end, they even asked me, "Are you at the wrong hotel?" Even though they had my name there earlier. I told them I made the reservation on this website, but they didn't understand at all and didn't apologize properly.

The location is near the Ikebukuro entertainment district, so it's good that you can go to the hotel right after eating or drinking. The facilities are average, or a little old, but considering the recent rise in hotel prices, I guess that's reasonable. There are both smoking and non-smoking areas, and the smoking rooms do have a lingering cigarette smell, which may bother some people. I didn't notice any particular problems using it on a business trip.

It is convenient to get off the Fukutoshin Line C6 exit. The room is clean. The transportation is convenient. The front desk only understands simple English and Japanese.
