The staff are polite and friendly, they are equipped with the translator (pocketalk) for communication with visitors speaking different languages. Overall good service and facilities. I will choose the same hotel next time in Japan Akihabara again.

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!
