Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. Great experience!

Five-star praise! The hotel opened this year and there is no peculiar smell. The location is excellent, it only takes about ten minutes to walk to Mojia Street and Daxin Street Night Market, but it is also located on a relatively quiet street, which is bustling when you go out and quiet when you enter. Located in Chengzhong District, it is very convenient to go to Dongguan Mosque and Xiananguan Street to the east, and to museums and wildlife parks to the west. The lobby is elegant and bright, and the front desk service is polite and fast. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, not too big or too small, and the bedding is of suitable softness and hardness, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Central air conditioning and Forest Prince air purifier make the room not smell like decoration. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, the washbasin is large and easy to place skin care cosmetics, the shower produces hot water quickly and has a suitable amount of water, toothbrushes, shower gel and other consumables are good, the towels are soft (haha new hotel), and the shower room drains quickly. The hair dryer and kettle are all regular brand products, so you can use them with confidence. The sound insulation effect of the room is also pretty good. These are all hardware. After all, it is a new hotel. The decoration and configuration make guests feel the quality. The service makes people feel that the hotel has an excellent management team: the public areas and guest rooms are clean, every staff member you meet smiles kindly, and there is a manager who just got off the elevator when he saw us going. When the elevator came, I immediately held down the elevator. The small actions made me feel that they must be implementing the word ”service” from top to bottom. I called the front desk at around ten o'clock in the evening and asked the front desk to send two bottles of water. I just put down the phone and put on a pair of glasses. The floor attendant delivered a coat in just one minute. The efficiency was amazing! The complimentary late night snacks and fruit and yogurt snacks are welcome, they are all delicious, not just a formality, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel's facilities will age year by year, but daily maintenance and customer service can be better and better. Therefore, service is more important than hardware. I am very happy that I chose to stay at Xingwang International during my trip to Qinghai. (It would be even better if there is a makeup mirror next to the sink!)

This hotel was recommended by a friend. I was very satisfied with the stay. First of all, the check-in was very fast, the front desk service was good, the room environment was clean, and the facilities and equipment were good. It is indeed a hotel with a good experience. Explosive aroma experience 1. The room is quiet, and I don’t hear any sounds from surrounding rooms throughout the day; 2. The room is very comfortable and extremely clean; 3. The front desk service is enthusiastic, Zhang Tingting welcomes you, and you feel a warm sense of happiness; 4. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. Unexpectedly, it was in Xining, the west of the motherland; 5. You will feel at ease when you arrive at the hotel, and the front desk will answer any questions in a timely manner; 6. Suitable for honeymoons, parent-child tours and couples re-encounter tours, a great experience; 7. Excellent stay and highly recommended. It's about 20 mins walk from Xining Railway station. Located along Qiyi七一路 street. Opposite the hotel are nice food shops. Take a short walk to the busy street behind the hotel which takes about 15 minutes. You may walk towards your left side as you come out from the hotel main door. Turn left again and walk 250m until you reach the traffic light, turn left and walk up the hill until you come to the main busy area. The Dongguan Grand Muslim Mosque is located some where around this area, too. The local people are very friendly and willing to show you the directions. ChaoMan hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast provided has a wide range of fried vegetables, fried rice, Chinese buns and pastries. The most welcoming staff made our stay so memorable. Kudos to all of you and I've included their picture in this post. They helped us with our travels to popular sightseeing places and most of all, they got us a reasonable price for transfer to the airport at 65 yuan. Thank you all of you at ChaoMan! I'll surely come again when I visit Xining and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I stay here often and the experience is very good. The concierge guy will take the initiative to help you carry your luggage to the room when you first enter. He will also introduce the hotel's facilities thoughtfully, especially the check-in by Li Lianfu at the front desk. The bed is very comfortable, very spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. . The scenery outside the window is the various buildings in the central square, which are very beautiful. Parking in the hotel is also very convenient. There is an underground parking lot, and you only need to enter the license plate number at the front desk to park for free. This feels great and it is very customer service. The location of the hotel is also great. It is in the center of the city. There are all kinds of food, drinks and shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient for travel. Overall, the experience is great👍🏻I will choose to stay here again in the future~

I took the airport bus from Xining Airport to the railway station for 23 yuan. After getting off the bus, I walked for ten minutes to the Kaiyuan Hotel, a long-established five-star hotel. The price was so cheap that I was worried. I didn't expect that it met the five-star standard after checking in. The bedding was comfortable, the shower was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was far better than Atour Seasons. It was indeed a five-star hotel. The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the railway station, which is also convenient for me to take the train to Lanzhou the day after tomorrow. I can walk a few hundred meters to the provincial hospital and take the 909 to Ta'er Temple. There are a number of buses at the door that can go to Haixi Wanda Plaza and other places. In short, the transportation is convenient!

Overall it's OK. The design of the washbasin and toilet being separated is good, but unfortunately the glass window is light-transmitting, which affects the bed next to the bathroom. There is also a set of cups, which is good, but not cleaned. There are too many people for breakfast, but the restaurant is very small, and the food is not rich enough. The laundry concept is good, but there is no queue at all, and other facilities are nothing. It should be a hotel for simple business people. The lobby is too ordinary, and the staff are all wearing T-shirts, which makes the image look unprofessional.

The hotel is right on the railway station square and 15-20 minutes walk to the DongGuan Road market. My train arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and I planned to leave my luggage with the front desk and check-in at the designated time; I was pleasantly shocked the hotel accommodated me and gave me a room right away. My room is large and has a nice view of the railway square.

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.
