The hotel has very central location, only 5 minutes walk from Zhongshan Park and the Ancient City. There are many small restaurants serving all kinds of food around. There is also a big supermarket about 400 meters away. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom is a bit tight, but the design has alleviated the size issue. There were complimentary dessert in the evening and several kinds of tea. The internet could be a bit faster.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the ancient city by walking two intersections, but it is not close to the road. The environment is quiet. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is a dedicated person to take care of it. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

This hotel is good, there are many rooms on it, the front desk service attitude is also very good, the night I first checked in, I found that the door lock was a bit problematic, the staff was also very good to solve it quickly, the attitude was very good, and I met two different cleaning aunts. Not bad, The sanitary products in the room are added immediately after use. There are many more than some hotels. The garbage is cleaned up in time. The mineral water is also free to drink! After the first night of staying, I immediately recommended it to my friends. It is also very convenient to order takeaway. The only thing is that there is a person. Every night, there is a small advertisement. It is a bit noisy on the side of the road. Other services are really nothing to say. I like the small round table in the room. Just sit and review! The room is also relatively clean and has no smell!

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

I felt pretty good the last time I came here, but this time I was arranged to stay in Tianbao Building, and the facilities were so perfunctory that I was speechless. 1. I booked a business king-size bed room, but the bed turned out to be two single beds put together, with an obvious gap in the middle, and they treated customers like **; 2. There was no desk in the business room, and I wanted to write some materials; 3. The only socket in the toilet was unusable, and the water flosser was useless; 4. If you want to watch TV while sitting on the bed, you probably need a telescope, and the TV is not facing the bed; 5. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the drunk vomiting next door can be clearly heard; 6. Even the bedside lamp is broken. What is more gratifying is that it is at least clean and tidy, and the attitude of the service staff is also OK, but the room is like a lottery, speechless

- 總體印象：這家酒店是一個連鎖酒店，但好像漳州市區附近這邊，這是第一家。酒店剛剛開業沒多久，可以看出來剛剛完成裝修，所以所有的東西都非常的新，可也有一些業務上的不熟練，但是這絲毫不影響酒店的工作人員非常周到的服務以及善解人意的態度給我們帶來的賓至如歸的感覺（真心話），還有非常舒適的居住體驗也是很棒的。酒店的設計非常的人性化，感覺設計師有很好的對酒店設計的研究，美中不足是AI聲控有一些小小的笨拙，有時候會比較慢或者沒有反應，但這可能等他們完全新店步入正軌之後會有所提高。 - 設施感受：酒店是在花卉市場裏面一進去的一個非常大的樓內，如果打車去的話，需要到這一棟樓的背面就可以看到酒店的名字門牌。酒店設有健身房、洗衣房，等等，餐廳的食物很好吃，做菜的師傅很厲害，提供的涼菜特別棒，還有一些炒菜也做得很可口。但因為剛開業期間管理的一些小混亂，餐廳容易滿客找不到位置衹能去酒店大堂，而且暫時沒有咖啡提供，這個我想在他們管理步入正軌之後也會有所改善。相比房間的舒適程度這些小小的細節當中的不足，也可以忽略，這也是令我非常驚喜的部分，因為在漳州並沒有太多對酒店的期待。 - 地理位置：這裏雖然看上去好像並不挨着任何地方，可是從這裏打車到古城還有市區附近衹需要15/6分鐘左右非常的方便，如果是自駕的話，那就更加方便了。從這裏出去走路大概1公里左右（可以走路去）也有一條街有一些飯店都不錯，衹是節假日期間可能要碰運氣。最令我們驚喜的是，因為酒店就在花卉市場裏面，而且好像據説是整個福建最大的花卉批發市場，查了一下1000多個攤位，13萬平方米，所以如果閑來無事可以在市場裏面逛一逛買一些花種類齊如果然後就成什麼玩意有其他行程的話可以買一些小的，也很方便攜，因為這裏主要做的是批發給全國各地的花店，自己去逛的話老闆們也都給零售。

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.
