It was incredibly thoughtful. Their communication throughout was gentle and patient, professional yet approachable, immediately easing any unfamiliarity we felt being in a new place. Service during our stay was even more heartwarming. The housekeeping auntie was exceptionally meticulous, cleaning our room spotless every day. The bed was neatly made, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the toiletries were perfectly arranged. Every time we met her, she'd greet us warmly and was always kind and approachable. When we needed extra drinking water or disposable amenities midway through our stay, we contacted the front desk and they responded incredibly quickly, delivering everything to our room in no time. They were always on call, fulfilling every request – truly exceptional service. The hotel has staff on duty 24 hours, which provides a great sense of security, and even late-night inquiries were answered patiently. The check-out process was simple and convenient, without any complicated procedures. The staff even offered to help with our luggage, providing attentive and genuine service throughout. Overall, this hotel doesn't rely on lavish decorations to impress, but rather wins you over with its sincere, thoughtful, and meticulous service. All the staff are enthusiastic, polite, professional, and responsible, paying attention to every detail and offering a truly comforting experience. Its location right next to Central Street makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Coupled with the perfect service, it offers excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Harbin, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!"

"This was my first time in Harbin, and I spent a long time looking at hotels online. I saw a video of the owner inspecting their own hotel on a social media platform, which made me feel like they were really responsible, so I booked it. The environment looked good. I arrived quite early on check-in day and left my luggage. When I went back to check in, they actually, actually, actually upgraded me to a suite! That was amazing! **Service:** The service was excellent. The staff were super enthusiastic, almost making me a bit socially awkward! They addressed me as 'sir' and 'madam' and their responses were always prompt. **Facilities:** The air conditioning in the suite wasn't working perfectly, but they immediately found someone to fix it. During my stay, there was no cold water in the bathroom for a bit, but the hotel brought up a whole case of mineral water right away, which was very timely. Even though there was a short period without cold water, the facilities were restored quickly. I also noticed many guest rooms had cases of mineral water outside their doors. For a room that costs just over 100 [yuan/currency], they're being incredibly generous! 👍 **Facilities:** The only puzzling thing about the hotel's facilities is the lack of a mini-fridge. Other than that, everything else is very, very complete. But with summer coming, for tourists like us who might buy Harbin sausages or steamed buns, they can go bad easily. **Continuous stay includes breakfast:** The breakfast was good, and they even offered afternoon tea. **Location:** Attractions are within walking distance, like St. Sophia Church and Central Street – both are very close. Public transportation is also convenient, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel! The location is truly super good!"
