Hotels near Avenue at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi

We booked 4 hotel rooms but notice the difference with the televisions, 2 rooms got smart tv and the other two got small normal tv. The hallway is so small and looks so old. The curtain inside the rooms are damage and have holes. The location is perfect its near groceries and pharmacy even for food.

Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Хорошо отдохнули и в отеле на крыше в бассейне, там заботливый отличный персонал особенно классный Ishan Anuradha он и в тренажёрном зале помог, и в бассейне, и дал одноразовую посуду, вообще отличный парень!

Good location, decent hotel and value for money. Stay at higher floor to reduce noise from resturant

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. Right from Tushar Mukherjee at the front desk who went the extra mile to take care of our comfort to the room service executive , totally the valet Kumaran who always greets you with a smile and a warm greeting ! Definitely recommended👍

Staff couldn’t be bothered to direct and assist to the room. The advertised swimming pool was not available as there was going to be a party till 3am. I received no prior notification of this. It was noisy and we couldn’t sleep even though we were on the side away from the party. There were no plugs next the bathroom mirror and no mirror in the room. I couldn’t style my hair with the straightener as I wanted. The room itself was very dark. The lighting was not adequate. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of variety. The room was also tidy and clean.

Service facilities and sanitation environment are good. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and professional. There is a hotel that has been amazed. I booked a 2-room room, which is actually a villa on the first floor. The stove, washing machine, refrigerator, and tableware are all complete. The pool is clean and the surroundings are quiet. The bubble bath water temperature is too comfortable. Very recommended hotel

It was an amazing experience to be honest, but the only inconvenient thing was contacting the reception. It took me ages until I was able to reach someone as it doesn’t show directly on the phone buttons what to dial for room services.

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions and I have been very happy. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport,terminal A (it takes just 10 mins)and another one that brings you to the mayor attractions of Abu Dhabi. The room was nice and clean,breakfast was excellent (buffet) and as a plus there is a swimming pool on the top floor to chill a bit before taking the connection flight. The staff is very nice too.I recommend this hotel!
