I booked online.. Also, requested a smoking room.. and upon arrival they said verbally that there are no smoking rooms but (there is a smoking room that closes at midnight) and I told them that my booking before a few minutes. Can I get a refund? They refused under the pretext of the hotel’s policy.. and I called the manager as well to no avail.. I was really surprised by the poor management of the situation (and I left and did not get my money back because of their refusal)

First time in Khobar and staying in Normas Hotel made it very special. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are matching the expectations. Highly recommended!!! The best place to stay and enjoy your time in Khobar.

فندق جميل جزء منه إطلالة على البحر اخذنا جناح غرفة نوم مع صاله وميني بار فيه ثلاجة وميكرويف وغاز صغير وبعض الاطباق ودورة مياة ومساحة الجناح جيدة والخدمة ممتازة لكن المسبح كان مغلق للصيانة في مايو والموقع رائع قريب من الكورنيش والمطاعم والمقاهي

فندق للاسف تديره ادارة لا تجيد الاحتراف بالتعامل مع العملاء وطبيعت المجتمع ، الخروج بدري واذا تاخرت اخذو 25٪ من قيمة الحجز ، غير متعاونين وعير مرحبين وكانك ساكن مجاناً ، طلب التاخير لمدة نص ساعه ورفضوا علماً بان لا يوجد ازدحام بوقتي ويوجد غرف كثيره فاضيه ، الاسعار غاليه للاسف ، تصميم المكيف مع اسرة النوم متعبه حيث ان الواء ينزل على راسك وانت نائم لان اكرر التجربه في هذا الفندق

Update, according to the contract this place is (HIGH ALERT SECURITY) and could be a public risk. Positives: Location (easy to get there). Acceptable price. Designs and decorations. Cleanness. Nearby beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids playgrounds with control cameras on the room. Handicaps’ private parking. Areas of Improvement: High alert security policies (difficult accessibilities). Limited and difficulty to find car parkings. Long time check-in and check-out process. Noisy sound from nearby apartments and corridors. The telephone is calling frequently (noisy). Overpriced. The kitchen is NOT well-equipped nor prepared (misunderstandings of MOH and CDC guidelines for preventive measures of COVID-19 and poorly applied). Lacking of security and visual screening for feverish guests. Housekeeping timing. Construction 🚧 audio-physical noisiness.
