The room was luxurious yet retro, and the hygiene was excellent. They had everything imaginable for children, and promptly responded to any requests – thumbs up! I'm so grateful for the room upgrade. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the front desk staff and bellhops came out with umbrellas, escorting each of us in one by one. The front desk attendant even helped me carry several large suitcases without a hint of hesitation – a huge thank you! The bellhop also braved the rain to park my car for me, and consistently opened doors whenever we entered or left. The complimentary afternoon tea was also quite good. You should definitely try the à la carte breakfast – it was delicious. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. If I ever come back to Harbin, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

If you are kooking for homestay in harbin, trust me i think this one you should consider without any hesitation.. 1 - Owner: He is very kind.. you can communicate with him about everything..he can help you..he will assist and guide you.. and always asking how our condition during our stay...we encounter with leaking shower,immediately the owner replaced with a new one within 15 min..and the plus point is,he let us to keep some of our luggage while we leaving to snow valley..other than that,he did ask us where is the giblat direction so that after this he can put marker for other muslim guest next time. 2 - Location: the homestay location just in front of famous hongzhuan morning market.. you can go there every morning because just a fews step from the house..other than that,you can access the zhongyang pedestrian street easily within 5 min walking..and the most important thing for us as a muslim tourist, house is located nearby to 3 halal restaurants,just 5 min walking distance. 3 - Amenities: everything is complete and well prepared, even the house has a washing machine.storage water heater tank. The room is exactly same as the picture posted..

The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours. The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip. The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy. More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Woke up early and was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine in the lobby. Made myself an Americano – instant wake-up! Those little details really make a difference. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of Western and Chinese options, and the hot dishes were always refilled promptly. Stayed for two days and didn't get bored of it. Parking was also super convenient, with attendants guiding you in and out, which is a huge relief for those driving. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay; I felt well taken care of and at ease.

The room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!
