It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

Although it is some distance from the old town, it takes about 15 minutes by taxi, but the surrounding life is convenient, there are many restaurants, and there is an ice cream shop. The room is quite spacious and looks like a grade, it is worth recommending.
