The hotel features facial recognition check-in, which is great since you don't have to worry about forgetting your room key. It's packed with AI technology and has a futuristic vibe, making it ideal for young travelers. Plus, there's a gym on the 24th floor and self-service laundry on the 26th, which is very convenient. They even gave us a small parting gift upon check-out.

The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Wanda Plaza is just across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The room was clean and incredibly spacious. All in all, it was a great experience! I'll definitely recommend it to more friends visiting Xi'an.

The hotel is of high quality. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and environment, especially the bedding in the room which was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was really soft. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also very comprehensive. The front desk even offers laundry and drying services, which made my trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were also very responsive to requests and available 24/7, ready to help with any issues at any time. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped, and the smart features are very user-friendly and convenient. The overall experience was truly excellent!
Cleanliness: The hygiene was impeccable; there were no strange odors, and the room could be cleaned at any time. All the small details were handled very well.
Service: The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The staff member was cheerful and enthusiastic, and responded promptly to any requests.
Environment: The environment was great. The room had two windows, providing good ventilation and an expansive view, so it didn't feel cramped. The room was also very spacious, making for a truly comfortable stay.
Extended checkout until 3 PM based on room availability: Haven't used it yet, but it seems like a better deal than other hotels.

The hotel staff are very helpful with check-in as soon as you enter, and you don't need a room card to enter or leave, so you'll never have to worry about losing your room card again.

1. What if you're outside or don't have your room card? The room is very clean and tidy.
2. They offer complimentary snacks and afternoon tea, which is very nice and delicious. They also have Bingfeng (a local soft drink), which is quite good. This hotel is highly recommended. (Xiao Jie, Xiao He)

I stayed at the AI Future Hotel during my trip to Lanzhou, and it exceeded my expectations! The smart facilities were a major plus – face recognition for entry and voice-controlled rooms, a true blessing for anyone who loves convenience. The room was spacious and bright, with a fantastic view from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. It was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were fully equipped. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the commercial district, making it easy to grab some beef noodles or visit attractions. The staff were all very friendly, ensuring a pleasant and peaceful stay from start to finish. The value for money is incredible; if you're looking for a place to stay in Lanzhou, this is a no-brainer!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a great location and convenient transportation. The room is clean and neat, and the area is good. They even helped me upgrade my room. The facilities are also complete, and it's very convenient to shop nearby. This price is great value for money, and there's a laundry room. I'm satisfied. Chen
