The environment is elegant and serene. In the mornings, when you open the window, the fragrant scent of flowers from the garden below wafts in. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, completely free of any noise. The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and even a hospital all within walking distance.

Both female staff members I encountered during check-in and check-out were exceptionally warm, gracious, and attentive 🌹. A truly satisfying stay! 👍

Its ok, its overpriced in comparison to others in the area, its good for a business in out situation which i was, its in a old building no reception etc just the apartment itself! Its not a bad place at all, just a little overpriced! Everything works etc! Oh there is one downside u can hear everything from the other apartments they may as well had been in the room and both apartment doors where closed! That didn’t bother me because I can sleep for anything, or something to consider if you’re a light sleeper!

Needs some standard maintenance carried out before next guests, should have been done before my stay.
No air conditioning will be a problem when there is hot weather.
A few minor issues with this “ STANDARD “ not superior (as claimed) apartment. 
Would not stay again as the no air conditioning and maintenance issues would put me off.
Shame as the location is 100%.

First of all, the address of trip.com was wrong. It was not the 60th union street. but the 54-58. I arrived at the 60th and found that the password of the email could not be opened. I communicated with the customer service for a long time before I knew that the address was 54-58. Since I arrived at 7 pm, the children and the elderly were really tired to wait for the customer service reply on the street.
After figuring out the address, I checked in smoothly, but found that there were many flying insects in the kitchen, and the kitchen door did not dare to open again. There were flying insects in the toilet.
Hotel location is very good, very close to the Polo market, originally looking forward to staying, but the overall stay feels good, I

Kula Birmingham is a well-located serviced apartment in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 500m walk from New Street Station (Grand Central). It sits right beside The Mailbox, with plenty of cafés and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the building manager was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in the city.

Approx 12 min from railway station, in front of big mall, ALDI supermarket.
Apartments are very clean,very huge and cosy.
Big bathroom, huge kitchen with everything you need.
Panoramic windows to the main street of a city.
