We were traveling with our family by rental car.
We were traveling with children.
We stayed in a room with four single beds.
It's an older hotel, but it was clean and tidy.
When I checked in that evening, I inquired about parking, and they were very helpful.
It was a male employee at the reception, but I didn't get his name.
The parking lot is private and shared with another hotel 200 meters away.
I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling by rental car.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Spandau, which is worth visiting. The service was also very welcoming! The room was well-equipped and quiet. The view from the window was a bit desolate, but I guess that's part of the unique ambiance here. Recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location, which was a major plus. However, my room's floor had noticeable bleach stains, and housekeeping didn't change the bedding, which raised some hygiene concerns. While I appreciate the potential cost savings, I would've preferred assurance of proper sanitization. Additionally, the crumbs I left on the floor remained untouched. Despite the location, these issues detracted from my stay. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could excel. As it stands, it's an average option that could benefit from improvement in these areas.

I really had a lovely stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I truly never had such an amazing experience before. The room itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my future trips in Berlin. The location is also great if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the bus or underground station. ￼￼

This is a nice hotel which is located very near Charlie Checkpoint. It is also located next to several interesting museums, underground train, a few nice restaurants and a really nice cafe. 

The hotel is clean and we get a drink voucher for not requesting for cleaning during our short stay. Bed was comfortable with spacious room and bathroom. My only drawback is that the water doesn't drain well in the shower. I would still recommend this hotel though.

I think it's quite nice. The room is high, probably around 4.5-5 meters, and quiet! The air conditioner is quiet and new. You have to take a bus (route 245) or a 13-euro taxi to get out of the train station, but otherwise, there are no real drawbacks. I was surprised to find a sofa bed in the room, but I recommend folding it up if you're just two people. The river view is great, and the Royal Palace is a 2-kilometer walk along the river. Overall, it's a good value, better than the big, colorful four-star hotel near the main train station (though the interior is only three-star). Highly recommended!

perfect experience since i have ever began to my travel life. location is very near to check point charlie, stadtmitte and metro station. room is very clean and have enough spaces.besides that, the personel is so kind and helpful. Furrhermore special thanks to Oscar(i hope that the name is true, he is blonde and tall) :) highly recommended..

The location is very good, very close to the subway, convenient for travel, the front desk reception is warm, the room facilities are very average, but very clean, there is only hand soap and shampoo in the room, a bath towel, the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, and the sound of water in the shower in the next room can be clearly heard in the room

This is a no frills hotel good for staying a couple of nights. It is quite expensive for what it actually is, but it was among the cheapest options I coule find when booking. Perhaps that's the price standard in Hamburg. The room looked a bit dated but it was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. The location is great, close to the city centre and train station. However, you do see a lot of weird people wandering around the area near the hotel. I did not have any issues, but I would recommend staying vigilant. Breakfast is basic, but at least it is included so you won't leave hungry in the morning.

Room size is small, but workable, suitable for one person; but then one then the second person has no choice but to sit on the bed

Unfortunately, my booking was not available when I arrived, even though it had been booked about 4 days before arrival and confirmed by Trip.com.
Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was able to solve the problem relatively quickly. But unfortunately I didn't get the room and/or upper floor I wanted!
Pretty chandeliers do justice to the hotel name!
The bathroom needs a bit of renovation...
Otherwise, everything was fine!

The subway station is just right in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel was very in good right in the Wansbek Mrkt area. Easy to go around and get food and shops. The staff were all very nice and great. The amenities are all good. The room were great! We enjoyed our stay here.

We had an excellent stay at Garner Hotel. The staff were amazing, especially the two male receptionists (I'm sorry I forgot their names!). One of them went above and beyond to guide us to arrange our luggage transfers when it was weekend and the transport offices were closed. We were also given bento boxes for breakfasts which was a very nice touch as we didn't book a stay with breakfast included. The room itself is small but enough for us as it was the start of our trip and we didn't plan on buying a lot. Location was great too, short walking distance to the metro which connects basically everywhere in Osaka.

The service of staffs, cleanliness of the room, everything was good. 
For location wise I would say there is good and bad. For my case, I'm travelling from Kyoto to Osaka, carrying a luggage to the hotel is not really convenient especially when changing from Osaka station to Midosuji line to get to the hotel but the good is accessing to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji are convenient as just few stations are needed/can simply walk for around 30mins~45mins from the hotel. 
Overall is good experience when this is my first Japan solo trip.

A wonderful new hotel! The location is very convenient – ​​equidistant from the city's main attractions, and easy access to Kyoto and Nara. A convenience store is just steps away. The central business street is nearby. The staff is extremely friendly, and the room has everything you need. Although the room is small, it wasn't cramped. We were absolutely satisfied!
