The hotel was exceptionally clean. Both the room and the public areas were thoroughly cleaned daily. Everything was well-maintained and fresh – I immediately felt at ease.

A fantastic hotel with excellent service and top-notch comfort. Highly recommended – I'd love to come back!

The hotel's location is great, very close to Spandau, which is worth visiting. The service was also very welcoming! The room was well-equipped and quiet. The view from the window was a bit desolate, but I guess that's part of the unique ambiance here. Recommended.

I really had a lovely stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I truly never had such an amazing experience before. The room itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my future trips in Berlin. The location is also great if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the bus or underground station. ￼￼

I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location, which was a major plus. However, my room's floor had noticeable bleach stains, and housekeeping didn't change the bedding, which raised some hygiene concerns. While I appreciate the potential cost savings, I would've preferred assurance of proper sanitization. Additionally, the crumbs I left on the floor remained untouched. Despite the location, these issues detracted from my stay. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could excel. As it stands, it's an average option that could benefit from improvement in these areas.

This is a nice hotel which is located very near Charlie Checkpoint. It is also located next to several interesting museums, underground train, a few nice restaurants and a really nice cafe. 

The hotel is clean and we get a drink voucher for not requesting for cleaning during our short stay. Bed was comfortable with spacious room and bathroom. My only drawback is that the water doesn't drain well in the shower. I would still recommend this hotel though.

I think it's quite nice. The room is high, probably around 4.5-5 meters, and quiet! The air conditioner is quiet and new. You have to take a bus (route 245) or a 13-euro taxi to get out of the train station, but otherwise, there are no real drawbacks. I was surprised to find a sofa bed in the room, but I recommend folding it up if you're just two people. The river view is great, and the Royal Palace is a 2-kilometer walk along the river. Overall, it's a good value, better than the big, colorful four-star hotel near the main train station (though the interior is only three-star). Highly recommended!

perfect experience since i have ever began to my travel life. location is very near to check point charlie, stadtmitte and metro station. room is very clean and have enough spaces.besides that, the personel is so kind and helpful. Furrhermore special thanks to Oscar(i hope that the name is true, he is blonde and tall) :) highly recommended..

Everything was great. The room was indeed small, as other guests have mentioned, but it was sufficient for us – we left in the morning, spent the day exploring the city, and returned only in the evening to shower and sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the metro, shops, and cafes.

This is a no frills hotel good for staying a couple of nights. It is quite expensive for what it actually is, but it was among the cheapest options I coule find when booking. Perhaps that's the price standard in Hamburg. The room looked a bit dated but it was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. The location is great, close to the city centre and train station. However, you do see a lot of weird people wandering around the area near the hotel. I did not have any issues, but I would recommend staying vigilant. Breakfast is basic, but at least it is included so you won't leave hungry in the morning.

Room size is small, but workable, suitable for one person; but then one then the second person has no choice but to sit on the bed

Unfortunately, my booking was not available when I arrived, even though it had been booked about 4 days before arrival and confirmed by Trip.com.
Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was able to solve the problem relatively quickly. But unfortunately I didn't get the room and/or upper floor I wanted!
Pretty chandeliers do justice to the hotel name!
The bathroom needs a bit of renovation...
Otherwise, everything was fine!

The subway station is just right in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel was very in good right in the Wansbek Mrkt area. Easy to go around and get food and shops. The staff were all very nice and great. The amenities are all good. The room were great! We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is right between two metro lines (red and blue one), very easy to arrive. The check-in was really smooth with welcome drinks and candy. Free coffee, tea and water refill available 24 hours in the lobby. 

The room was clean and I loved the fact that there were two pillows to choose from: firm or soft. Bed was too comfy that I did not want to even leave it for sightseeing 😂. Also, loved the bedroom mural.

The service of staffs, cleanliness of the room, everything was good. 
For location wise I would say there is good and bad. For my case, I'm travelling from Kyoto to Osaka, carrying a luggage to the hotel is not really convenient especially when changing from Osaka station to Midosuji line to get to the hotel but the good is accessing to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji are convenient as just few stations are needed/can simply walk for around 30mins~45mins from the hotel. 
Overall is good experience when this is my first Japan solo trip.

Given that it's an InterContinental property, the professional service is definitely there. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, and the hotel's location is also quite good, about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's just one stop to both Umeda and Shinsaibashi. The only downside is that the room is really small; I could only open my suitcase near the entrance. It's genuinely tiny, but the room's cleanliness was acceptable.
