The hotel's location is great, very close to Spandau, which is worth visiting. The service was also very welcoming! The room was well-equipped and quiet. The view from the window was a bit desolate, but I guess that's part of the unique ambiance here. Recommended.

The room was impeccably clean and the facilities were excellent and very well-equipped, making it ideal for families and extended stays or vacations. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering incredibly convenient access for exploring Berlin. It's easily our favorite hotel in Berlin.

Location is very good, subway just outside the hotel and many restaurants, bars, clubs nearby. Room is big enough, especially the bathroom is very big. However the room is on 6th floor and elevator goes only to 5th floor and a long walk distance. No water cooker nor hot water for drink in the hotel. Breakfast is just fine. In general is fairly good but 70 euros is too much for one night.

The room is nice and fairly clean.
However, it is very basic, no water bottle / no water kettle/ coffee machine / mini-bar…
The elevator was broken and we had a room in the 5th floor.

I think it's quite nice. The room is high, probably around 4.5-5 meters, and quiet! The air conditioner is quiet and new. You have to take a bus (route 245) or a 13-euro taxi to get out of the train station, but otherwise, there are no real drawbacks. I was surprised to find a sofa bed in the room, but I recommend folding it up if you're just two people. The river view is great, and the Royal Palace is a 2-kilometer walk along the river. Overall, it's a good value, better than the big, colorful four-star hotel near the main train station (though the interior is only three-star). Highly recommended!

This is a nice hotel which is located very near Charlie Checkpoint. It is also located next to several interesting museums, underground train, a few nice restaurants and a really nice cafe. 

The hotel is clean and we get a drink voucher for not requesting for cleaning during our short stay. Bed was comfortable with spacious room and bathroom. My only drawback is that the water doesn't drain well in the shower. I would still recommend this hotel though.

Clean hotel,, very well located , metro station just next to it 5 min walking. The room is very well organized and bathroom is nice. Lot of windows and lights inside the room. Tea and coffee available inside the room. I recommend it

I was quite satisfied. I came to attend the Berlin Film Festival. All I wanted was a supermarket nearby and convenient transportation. I found this one. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!

Clean hotel relatively convenient good for business travels

This is a no frills hotel good for staying a couple of nights. It is quite expensive for what it actually is, but it was among the cheapest options I coule find when booking. Perhaps that's the price standard in Hamburg. The room looked a bit dated but it was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. The location is great, close to the city centre and train station. However, you do see a lot of weird people wandering around the area near the hotel. I did not have any issues, but I would recommend staying vigilant. Breakfast is basic, but at least it is included so you won't leave hungry in the morning.

Unfortunately, my booking was not available when I arrived, even though it had been booked about 4 days before arrival and confirmed by Trip.com.
Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was able to solve the problem relatively quickly. But unfortunately I didn't get the room and/or upper floor I wanted!

Otherwise, everything was fine!

The subway station is just right in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel was very in good right in the Wansbek Mrkt area. Easy to go around and get food and shops. The staff were all very nice and great. The amenities are all good. The room were great! We enjoyed our stay here.

This is very typical hotel in japan. The room was indeed small but I spent most of my time exploring so the size did not bother me. The location is in walking distance to hommachi station, which is very close to shopping area. there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, as well as convenient store (family mart). The hotel does not provide bottle of water but has water dispenser. The breakfast was a bento that you can choose a day prior. Google suggested subway exit 15 which did not have escalator or elevator so it might not be convenient if you carry large suitcase

The room was quite small; once my suitcase was open on the floor, there was no space to walk. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and all the essential toiletries were provided. The only minor inconvenience was not having a good place to hang clothes to dry. Overall, it was very clean and tidy. On the first floor, there's a water bar with free hot water, iced water, and coffee, along with plenty of seating, making it convenient for guests to eat. There are several convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station though.

The service of staffs, cleanliness of the room, everything was good. 
For location wise I would say there is good and bad. For my case, I'm travelling from Kyoto to Osaka, carrying a luggage to the hotel is not really convenient especially when changing from Osaka station to Midosuji line to get to the hotel but the good is accessing to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji are convenient as just few stations are needed/can simply walk for around 30mins~45mins from the hotel. 
Overall is good experience when this is my first Japan solo trip.
