I had a very good stay at the hotel, my 2nd time. Nice receptionist, lovely rooms, good buffet breakfast. There is a shuttle running from the airport but note you need to phone them when you have collected your suitcases to come pick you up.

It was about 20 minutes walk from the airport bus 500 stop near downtown and about 40 minutes from Daikin Park. The room was large and clean for one person and there was a sofa. There was also a bathtub. Breakfast was included. There was also a pool, hot tub and gym. There is a convenience store with a nearby gas station, and I used it often.

It's quite remote, but it's a good fit for us to stay for one night.

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed the facilities that were offered (gym, pool, parking lot), as well as the amazing housekeepers and fantastic front desk representatives. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered every morning; that was honestly a plus and it always started off my morning right. The only concern that I had was that I saw baby roaches in my room, twice. They were crawling on the nightstand by the beds. One of them got away and I killed another one (maybe it was the same one, I don't know, I'm not sure). But that was quite unsettling. Aside from that, the place was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Although the hotel's appearance follows the style of American hotels of the same grade, it pays more attention to detail design, making it more beautiful.
The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the layout is reasonable.
The breakfast area is reasonably arranged, and the semi-open area takes into account a variety of preferences. The food variety is quite rich.

Customer service was great. Room was awesome 

In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Good and very comfortable. The stuff and breakfast is awesome.
No slippers and teeth brushes so don’t forget to bring by yourself.
Also free cafe taste great and serve for 24 hrs. Recommend to all of you !!!!!

The road from the highway to the hotel is a bit ambiguous. Especially at night

The room is spacious, the environment is safe, and there is free parking. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the breakfast is good, and the service is warm. It is a good choice for economical travel.

It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

It was the cleanest other hotels in America. It's a little bit outside, but if you have a car, it's the hotel I want to recommend. I'll stay again next time. 

The hotel is conveniently located near Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The front desk staff was very friendly. You had to hand in your room key upon leaving the hotel, and you had to ring the doorbell to enter, which made you feel very safe. The in-room safe was very secure, and the coffee machine provided free coffee daily. The room was very quiet at night. Overall, this was a nice hotel and I would stay again. However, one drawback was that the shower gel and shampoo contained the same ingredients. Ladies are advised to bring their own shampoo and conditioner.

Even though it was far from the center, it was well connected and we easily reached the areas of interest.

The location is excellent, and the service is friendly and willing to help. When we arrived at 2:00 p.m. the room was not clean, but after notifying it, it was cleaned immediately.

The comments and the general rating do not do justice to this establishment which is more than very correct. Some four-star hotels in Paris are worth fewer stars than this one. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, it is very comfortable and the essentials are there. I sincerely recommend.

Little cozy hotel.  But! The moment you come up to your room you see heavy scaffolding being erected against the front of the hotel and that makes your Paris views. Plus the workers walk by your window. Plus they need to drill some holes in the walls to keep the scaffolding from falling. Traveler - have a nice rest after a long long flight to Paris! Enjoy the views and pray that nothing falls on your head when entering or leaving the hotel. 
The rooms now should go at 50% discount or at least the clients should be notified when booking on trip.com
