Krabi Town

Bangkok

We booked a family connecting and another deluxe. On the first evening, Krabi has a small rain and the deluxe room at the end of fifth floor started to have water leaking. We contacted the receptionist and they offered a new room for us immediately. Good and kind customer service. Location wise it’s up on the hill, need to take bolt or tuktuk unless you’re willing to walk.

Family connecting room is not as sound-proof but still acceptable (guess we had a tolerance neighbours). Overall I’m satisfied with the stay. Not recommend breakfast, if you can walk, try visiting one of the cafe named Cafe Del Mar, the toast is nice.

Good location, small hotel but well designed new interior and very comfortable. I stayed in the smallest cabin with small window and no working area so would upgrade a little to the large window room which looks like it has a desk and chair. Excellent value for the price and friendly service. Will stay again.
