Great hotel with nice touches like chocolates and massage chairs in the lobby
Has a small store to buy drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices
Nice pool area, laundry facilities and free parking
Close (ish) to public transport
Walkable to The Gulch area and Downtown
Just $6 for Uber back to hotel from Downtown at night

We arrived to check in the desk help was so slow. The young guy didn't have the ability to access room keys. Why was he alone at the desk. The night we checked in our room door malfunctioned. Morning of check out maid over rode key & walked in on us naked. No knock no nothing. We go to check out the desk said someone had marked our room empty. Funny we still had our keys. Will never stay here again.

There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, a little far from the city center, and we had to wait a while for a taxi in the morning. However, the service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and luckily there was an available room, so they let us check in early. The breakfast was also good. The front desk staff were very friendly and even recommended some nearby restaurants.

The location is just off the I24 road, free parking, good breakfast, cost-effective, suitable for car rental friends. Of course, if there is a team to stay, it will be noisy. Near the road, friends who are light should consider sleep problems.

Free parking! Room was small, stayed two nights, breakfast was normal American standards! The service attitude of the staff is super good, and they take care of answering all kinds of questions! Self-service laundry, 1.5 knives for washing, 1.5 knives for drying, 1.5 knives for washing tablets, overall evaluation is good 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to JR Bakurocho Station's East Exit 4, making it super convenient for getting to Tokyo Station. It's also quite close to Akihabara, about a 15-minute walk away. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable, so soft and cozy. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with some dishes and soups changing daily. There's even a self-service luggage storage area on the first floor. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel and definitely worth recommending!

The location is fantastic! It's right across from Kiyosumi Gardens, and Blue Bottle Coffee is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is practically on top of the subway entrance, which saved us so much time every day. There are two subway lines, the Hanzomon Line and the Asakusa Line, offering direct access to Narita Airport, Ginza, and Shinjuku. There's a Family Mart on the ground floor of the hotel and a Lawson across the street. The breakfast was also good, and you could even take it back to your room. Our room was cleaned daily. The 2nd-floor restaurant, besides breakfast, is open for use all day, with 24-hour tea and coffee available. The vending machines and laundry room are by the stairs, and the front desk can even break large bills if you don't have exact change. We saw a lot of Western tourists, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Extremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a drying function, and the toilet had an automatic deodorizer, so there was no odor whatsoever. The location is very convenient, with three metro stations nearby. The hotel primarily hosts Western guests, and most of the staff speak English, so even if your English isn't great, you can still get by with gestures. The restaurant is small but open all day, offering a comfortable place to relax with free coffee, hot water, and nuts. It's also exceptionally quiet. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't blackout enough, so the room got bright around 4:30 AM.

Ideal location near many restaurants, shops and bars, but not bustling like Shibuya. Located right by the Roppongi Station and a ten minute walk away from Midtown. Room was tight, but it’s enough for a solo traveler. I was pleasantly surprised when housekeeping replaced all our bedding, towels and trash bags, and even tidied up our restroom. It was my understanding that full cleaning took place after 3 nights. There’s also a washer and dryer on the second floor (300 yen/wash and 100 yen/dry). A bit unfair that check-in is so late in the day (3 pm) and check-out is at 10 am the following day, but at least they hold your luggages for you before check-in time and after (must pickup the same day). Overall, I’d book a room again and would recommend this hotel. ◡̈

Pics below: Park and view of Tokyo Sky Tree from nearby the hotel.

I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, as well as how helpful and efficient the staff is at the counter and the breakfast time. Though the breakfast start time is fixed (you need to choose and take a breakfast voucher the night before) to avoid overcrowding, the staff don’t chase anyone away even though your 20 min breakfast time is up. Breakfast food choices are quite limited with little variation daily but good enough to satisfy. Not very near to mos metro lines but within comfortable walking distance.

Location is superb at Sakae area, with 24hr Donki just opposite and a Family Mart at the ground floor. Stores around include Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, ABC Mart, 3 Coins +, drug stores etc. It's walking distance around 10mins to Oasis 21 bus terminal for the direct bus to and fro airport, which I find is more convenient than taking the train as would need to exchange subway line at Nagoya station. Front desk service is good and friendly. We love the free Miso soup and drinks provided, and also amenities like facial wash, moisturiser, mask, very thoughtful gesture. They also help to store my luggage when i went for Takayama for a few days before coming back to check in again for another few days. Queen size bed room is considered spacious, bed is comfy. Just that the pillow that they provided is some kind of special functional pillow but is too thin and flat for my liking. Overall a great stay :)

Excellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator.

The hotel is located in a very convenient central area, about a 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station. There are plenty of convenience stores and good restaurants nearby, which made it easy to find food or buy anything we needed at any time. The room size was reasonable — not very spacious, but comfortable enough and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was done daily, so everything stayed clean and tidy throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, with a variety of easy-to-eat dishes. It was not overly fancy, but enough to start the day comfortably.
The only downside was the attitude of one receptionist. Instead of paying attention to guests, they seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers, and their expression felt quite cold when answering questions. It honestly made me wonder if I had done something wrong somehow =)) Aside from that experience, the overall stay was still pleasant.

Just across the road from Kanayama Station which is only one stop from Nagoya Station. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage with them before checking in, and checking in was easy as the staff were able to understand English. From the lobby to the room, and the dining area, the whole premise was clean and tidy. All basic amenities were provided, including room wear and disposable shaving razors, but there was no bottled water provided in the room. It also helped that this hotel has rooms with 3 beds.
FamilyMart just downstairs from the lobby at ground level, and I could easily find places to eat nearby.
