Clean, no smoking smell, laudromat avaiable, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Walking distance to west gate to Ancient City (very close, same sidewalk). Its not a big gate, but you enter directly to a restaurant sector and arrive beside the main mosque. Not too close to bus stops, short distance thou. Easy location for drivers pick us up for tours (DONT MISS THE DAY TOUR TO THE PAMIR PLATEAU, its beautiful and worth it totally).

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind.

Service:
Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang.

Location:
Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around.
A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away.

Environment:
Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden.

Amenities:
All that a solo traveler needs.
Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra.
Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive.
 I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area.
Free laundry (washer + dryer). 
Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too..

Personal downsides:
I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel
(Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi.  
No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay.

Suggestions:
- Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste
- English signs would be an extra help
- There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The room was very clean. It's about three kilometers from the old city of Kashgar. There are plenty of convenient restaurants nearby, and there's a Wanda Plaza just one kilometer away. The service was excellent, and there's free parking and laundry facilities. The hotel is in a great location. There's a convenience store next door, and plenty of restaurants and breakfast shops nearby, including mutton, mutton buns, and mutton skewers. At night, there are many fruit vendors. There's also a mall and market within two kilometers. It's very convenient!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip!

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued.

Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Just for the amazing service from the front desk staff, it deserves a perfect score!

I stayed at the GreenTree Eastern Hotel for this business trip, and my overall experience deserves a full five stars. The hotel's location is superb, close to a subway station, with many surrounding supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants, making daily commutes and errands exceptionally convenient. The lobby's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and public areas are cleaned regularly daily, with floors and lounge areas tidy and free of clutter. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with excellent natural light. Housekeeping is meticulous, with corners, bedside tables, and bathroom edges all spotlessly clean, and the indoor air is fresh with no odors. The bed mattress is just right in terms of firmness, and the bedding is fluffy and clean. The room's soundproofing at night is outstanding, effectively blocking out most noise from the hallway and outside. The in-room amenities are complete and in good working order, with the TV, lighting, and water heater all functioning smoothly. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is reasonable, and hot water comes out quickly with stable pressure. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are highly efficient, and the staff are gentle and polite, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The overall value for money far exceeds hotels in the same price range, and I will definitely be returning for future business trips.

房間設施特別新，完全沒有陳舊感，衞生做得更是到位，角落都乾乾淨淨的，住得特別安心￼￼￼。更意外的是前台還主動幫忙升級了房型，新房間寬敞又舒適，瞬間感覺賺到了￼￼￼。

My stay this time was absolutely perfect! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were patient and efficient, making the process quick and easy. Walking into the room was a pleasant surprise; the entire place was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, and all the appliances and toiletries were well-stocked. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.

It's a nice hotel. You can check in at the self-service check-in machine after placing your order in advance, which is very convenient. The room is large, enough for a family of four. The room looks old, and the hygiene is satisfactory. It is two subway stations away from Qingxiu Mountain, and it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Fangte, so the transportation is convenient. After checking in, I discovered that the hotel may be near the financial district, and eating is not as convenient as Chaoyang Square. The front desk service is good, the overall hotel environment is good, and the price is reasonable during the Spring Festival, more than 400 per night. Last year's May Day, I stayed at Chongzuo Lao Ka Mian for more than 1,000 yuan a night. The facilities were not as good as Green's in all aspects, so I was screwed. The welcome fruits were fresh, the cookies were damp, and the children didn't want the puffs after one bite. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties that I like to eat. However, the chef prepared the round noodles and wide noodles in advance in the bowl, and we added the soup ourselves. The noodles prepared in advance were cold and stuck together, and the soup was not hot enough. A ball of noodles stuck together, and we had to use it when eating. Use chopsticks to separate the noodles... It is best to eat and cook them freshly. If the weather is cold, you will feel warm after eating a bowl of noodles.
