I had one of the best stay at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Residence. Nothing to complain with the room rates and all the services provided. Housekeeping team was very attentive and everyone is polite ; as well ,Receptionists were helpful throughout the stay.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Located in the modern and upscale Wasl District, the hotel offers a great balance of convenience and tranquility — close to business hubs, shopping, and not too far from the beach or key attractions. It was the perfect base for our couple’s getaway in Dubai.
The lobby (pictured above) is bright, spacious, and stylish with its contemporary design, comfortable seating pods, high ceilings, and polished floors. It immediately gives off a welcoming, relaxed vibe that made us feel at home.
Our room was modern and well-appointed with a comfortable king bed, ample space for two, a large bathroom, and excellent views. We loved the Hyatt Place signature touches like the Cozy Corner and the reliable amenities. Free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the overall cleanliness was impressive.
We relaxed by the pool, used the fitness center, and appreciated the convenient dining options (including the Gallery Menu for quick bites). The staff was attentive and friendly, making small moments special — from helpful recommendations to ensuring a smooth stay.
For couples seeking a comfortable, contemporary hotel with a prime location, Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District is an excellent choice. Great value from the Hyatt brand and a memorable experience overall!

”A really pleasant and comfortable hotel experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a great night's sleep. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. It is in a convenient location with easy access to local transport and restaurants. The overall amenities were great value for the price paid. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.”

For years, Hyatt has been our family's choice for staycations. Over time, it also became the place where we gather and celebrate special occasions at your in-house restaurant. Every visit has always felt like coming home because of the warm, friendly, and hospitable staff who consistently provide excellent service.

Unfortunately, our experience last night was very disappointing. We were unable to get a good night's sleep because the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We reported the issue to the reception, and while a technician came to inspect it, the problem was not resolved.

I informed the receptionist again this morning, not simply to complain, but because I genuinely don't want other guests to experience the same inconvenience we did. We've always enjoyed staying at Hyatt, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this issue can be properly addressed so future guests can continue to enjoy the comfort and quality of service we've always appreciated at Hyatt.

Breakfast not the wooow but okay and in the night fire alarm went off and all of us went down to the reception then it was known that do to candle used in the club down stairs the fire alarm went off🤦♂️.
The egyption reception guy very helpful and supportive.

I booked a studio type room.
The room was spacious.
The sink Kitchenette got blocked from water only.
The bathroom was very small.
The apartments are in another building you need to use two different elevators.
The breakfast wasn't that good. I advice you to book the breakfast for the first day of your stay only. Most likely you won't like it. But tastes differs.
The area around the hotel has everything. From restaurent, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical centers.
The staff were very cooperative also.

Excellent stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD! The hotel was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days at the exhibition.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in retrieving an item we accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated. Their service made our stay even more memorable.

The location is great, especially for those visiting the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), and transportation is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m back in Shanghai. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I've stayed at this hotel before and the experience was just okay. However, this time the overall arrangements were quite good, and they also took into account the needs and feelings of the guests. But some of the hotel's details still need to be changed to provide guests with an even better experience. I hope the service can be improved and the facilities and equipment can be maintained better.

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to praise it! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the shopping areas. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, checking me in quickly and patiently answering all my questions. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The soundproofing was effective; it was completely quiet at night. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition. This place offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

I've stayed in the family-themed rooms twice now, and overall, it's a hidden gem of a hotel. If you're traveling to Dishui Lake with kids, this is a great option. It's not far from the square with the Manner coffee shop, and from the higher floors, you get a fantastic view of the fireworks. The kids also loved the themed rooms. It's connected to the Hyatt hotel, but a bit cheaper, and you can still use their kids' play area.

However, compared to my last stay, I've noticed a decline in overall service recently. For example, last time, the room included a children's toiletries kit, but this time it was just a single toothbrush. Also, last time, the play area was free, but this time there was a charge. What's more, the woman in charge of the play area seemed like an outsourced staff member and was quite unprofessional. Paying extra for crafts is one thing, but her communication skills were really lacking. A little boy was throwing balls in the ball pit, and she actually asked the child's mother where she was so she could 'go talk to her' about it! 😲 And for breakfast, last time the hotel was completely full, but this holiday, not only was the price several hundred yuan higher, but more than half the people were gone... I don't know whether to be happy or sad about that.

My child was participating in a competition at the Grand Hyatt, but since they didn't have family rooms, we booked a room at the Hyatt Place next door, which was very convenient. The family room wasn't huge, but it was well-designed and very practical. The hotel is located right next to Linhang's coastal road, and cycling around on a shared bike during the cool May weather was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is also just across the road from one of the May Day fireworks viewing spots, so even though my child's activity finished at 8 PM, we still managed to catch the fireworks.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia Airport. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenient transportation options nearby. It is a great choice for travelers visiting New York.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were also quick and smooth.

Flushing is a very convenient area to stay, especially for visitors who want easy access to Manhattan while also enjoying a lively neighborhood with plenty of dining options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to New York.

During my stay, the hot water suddenly stopped working, and I had to switch rooms in the middle of it, which was a complete waste of my precious travel time. Everything else was fine, though. The hotel breakfast was good, with hot options available, which was quite nice.

Rooms are really small. But service is excellent. From the reception to the staff in dining area. During our stay all 4 elevators were working. The best part of this hotel is the location close to the subway station and has a great view of Empire State Building. We will stay again here next time for sure

Great location close to subway stations and in the middle of new development neighborhood and restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast offers only processed food with no vegetables. Buying some salads veggies from nearby Traders Joe worked for me. Not offering drinking water was a downside.
I was concerned with security because there were no security measures.

The best quality/location/price hotel.
Haven’t an opportunity to have breakfast, i love to sleep till almost midday, so have nothing to say.
But the room was quiet, clean and spacious enough.
