Very British style hotel. The hotel is located in Chelsea, with a good environment and location. The hotel's breakfast is very good! It is not a buffet, but provided by the hotel restaurant. If you book a room, you can get breakfast included. Highly recommended!

I upgraded the suite for free. It was a great stay. The juice of the mini bar and the coffee were very good. The service was perfect. The location of the house was very good. The interior decoration was very old. I will continue to book this next time.

Stepping into this castle accommodation, we were immediately captivated! For our honeymoon, the hotel even prepared a bottle of champagne (priced at 108 euros) from their own vineyard in our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's pool was also fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed both the Michelin-starred dinner and the Japanese lunch at the hotel; both were wonderful dining experiences!

The service was very good. Our luggage was lost when we arrived. It was already around 10:40 pm after we checked in Lost & Found at 9 o'clock. The front desk actively helped us book a nearby restaurant whose kitchen was not closed. The porter, Arian, a Persian boy, was also very enthusiastic and busy to ensure our check-in needs. The quality of the hotel restaurant we enjoyed the next day was also the standard of the Relais & Chateaux series. The Filipino boy knew that we had to catch a late flight and specially asked the kitchen to speed up the preparation of dinner, and also divided it into two portions in advance for convenient dining. The half-month journey ended perfectly here, and I will choose to stay here next time I go to Madrid.

It is a European-style hotel, simple and elegant, quiet and comfortable, it is suitable for travelers who enjoy authentic European style. Western breakfast is very good (provided that you like western food), the outdoor part of the breakfast restaurant is not big but the original European style is very good, the big bed is a double bed, the big bed is no longer necessary for the children to have an extra bed. I did not charge for the child's accommodation at the time of check-in. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the city center and the museum area. It takes about 10 Euros for a taxi. The hotel does not have a swimming pool!
