Excellent stay! Clean rooms, great service, and very friendly staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable 5-star stay, but it didn’t quite deliver the level of service and experience I expected from a luxury property.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although fairly basic in terms of design and amenities. One of the highlights was the nice view of Qasr Al Watan and the nearby Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The gym was well-equipped, while the pool and beach areas were decent but not particularly memorable.

Service could be improved, especially around staffing. The towel booth often seemed understaffed, and in general the hotel appeared to be operating with limited personnel, which affected the overall experience.

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to travelers seeking a true luxury resort experience. However, if your priority is finding a reasonably priced 5-star hotel with clean rooms, good facilities, and attractive views, it could still be a suitable option.

Excellent hotel! This was my first time in the UAE, just passing through, so I didn't get a chance to use the pool or other facilities. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff are very welcoming. They even provided an extra bed for my child free of charge, even though I forgot to add it to my reservation and they didn't ask for payment. I'll definitely be back as it's a conveniently located spot in this area.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room wasn't massive, the size was perfectly adequate for two people and it was spotlessly clean. You can't beat the location if you're a traveler—it's a stone's throw from the main bus station and just a short walk to Al Wahdah Mall.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.

The hotel is good and the dinner buffet was varied with delicious dishes. The room size was excellent, but the bed was very uncomfortable and had black stains on it. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location.

One of the best hotels to stay at in Abu Dhabi 👍👍👍 I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. The location is excellent, safe, and quiet, while the hotel facilities are simple and practical, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the breakfast! Café 302 offers truly exceptional and delicious food 👏👏👏 It feels like every chef and barista is incredibly skilled, and the dishes are fresh and refined. My only regret is not being able to have more coffee! 😄 The service is also very warm.

We stayed for one night in transit, and it was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was large and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it. There's a mosque nearby, and across the street, there's a shopping center with a small prepared food store that has very tasty food.

Environment: While the lobby isn't large, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It's a good size for a family of three, with an 8-year-old child. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, where you can transfer to buses to Yas Island and the mosque.

Facilities: Those planning to stay should bring their own toothbrushes and conditioner, as the hotel doesn't provide these. Luckily, we brought our own. The breakfast restaurant isn't large, but the quality is relatively decent. My child didn't quite like the food, but breakfast provided a good source of fruit and vitamins for the day! A special note: you need to ask the staff for coffee; I got a latte for three consecutive days, and it was really delicious!! 👏

Great hotel for a couple of days in the city. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room might be a little dated, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and that's what matters most. The staff were friendly and responsive; they processed my early check-in very quickly 🙏. P.S. The windows definitely need a good wash though 🧽.

Хороший отель, отличные завтраки. Очень хорошая, красивая территория, бассейн, пляж, теннисные корты , падл. Рестораны с вкусной едой. Хочу поблагодарить менеджера Joel , который решил очень быстро нашу проблему.

Excellent stay! We booked two rooms, and both were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thanks to Cathy at reception for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Also, thank you to Sujeet and Guddu for being so friendly and helpful. Although this is a three-star hotel, the service truly felt like a five-star experience. We would definitely stay here again.

I had best stay ever the room was super clean and the service was too fast also they upgraded my stay I really love the hotel experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
***************

The location is excellent, right next to the International Financial Center Metro Station. The hotel is on a high floor, and the tower view rooms offer breathtaking views directly facing the Burj Khalifa. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the restaurant environment is very comfortable. The only downside is that there are connecting doors between each room, which leads to poor soundproofing.

Good hospitality can make a huge difference to a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff definitely added value to the stay. Their polite attitude and prompt assistance made us feel welcomed rather than simply being treated as another guest.

One of the highlights of the stay was the room. It was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room had enough space to relax without feeling cramped, and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

The cleanliness of the room was also impressive. Everything was arranged neatly, and the overall condition of the room gave a feeling that the property is well maintained. The room was also peaceful enough to enjoy some proper downtime.

I recently enjoyed a short staycation at the hotel, and it was truly delightful. The view from the property was absolutely amazing, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. The interior design was elegant and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.

The staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with care and professionalism.

Overall, I loved every moment of my visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and refreshing escape.

My favorite hotel in Dubai! I stay here every time I visit. The front desk staff recognize me now, it's a truly excellent hotel.

I had a wonderful time! The staff is very nice especially Mr Binoy Ramachandran who always welcome the guest with a happy smile when you go for your breakfast! It makes your day! Love it! Very convenient location and very near to airport and 15 min from union subway station. I just go by taxi, it is very convenient and inexpensive.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration!

Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting ”I'm coming” to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized.

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming.

Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable.

Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient.

Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Everything was actually good, from Housekeeping to staff and services aside from one annoying thing that I experienced upon check in; The receptionist who did my check in was not welcoming with kind of a frowning look on his face “At least a word of have a nice stay” would make difference. I believe his name is Asil

We was given a complementary upgrade on arrival, beautiful clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We have never stayed in a 5star so this place defo exceeded our expections. The staff including the cleaners acknowledge you will a hello and smile.

The rooms are cleaned at a high standard and the breakfast is lovely too. I wish spent more time exploring this hotel and use its amenities.

Will defo book again next time I

Hi

We suffered a deep cut to my leg while using the hotel pool. This injury was caused by a damaged pool ladder or poor quality that had not been properly maintained.

The situation was made worse by major safety failures:
No Medical Staff: There was no lifeguard or first-aider at the pool to help me.

Staff Misconduct: The pool supervisor on duty ignored my bleeding injury and meaningful assistance.

Thanks,
Ashraf Abouseadah
Sahar Abulaal

The inconvenient location means you should choose a hotel transfer right away because walking from the metro is very far, and without a taxi, you'll simply get very tired. We probably got a very large room, but unfortunately, there were no glasses or plates for some reason, even though there was a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. It's unclear why there was no tableware; it was very strange. The service was quite good.

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name.

The cost was so good and everything is good.

Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.

The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.
