DD14837****Hygienic: The hotel is newly opened, the room is very clean, and the stay is too late to take pictures.
Facilities: The hotel is equipped with a humidifier and is very thoughtful and really intimate.
Environment: Open the window to see Sailimu Lake, quiet around.
Service: The hotel service staff is very caring and caring 💗 taking care of the dogs that herdsmen don't want 🐶.
(The picture is a small black dog, the guests who come to stay will look at it in a daze, not barking, don't be afraid, you can feed something)

SSDHKThe hotel's environment truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is stylish yet cozy, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light. I could even catch glimpses of the local scenery from the window, which instantly helped me unwind after my journey. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – it was even more spacious and comfortable. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. Every detail exuded quality.
What really stood out was the consistently attentive service. The butler proactively reached out before my check-in to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the process upon arrival, and even shared detailed recommendations for local food and attractions. Any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. From actively helping with my luggage to thoughtfully preparing local snacks, I felt a familial warmth throughout my stay. This kind of experience was truly restorative!

AAquariust.This stay experience is super good! The hotel is conveniently located and convenient to travel. There is a supermarket downstairs. There is also a big living supermarket opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. You can go to the night market after crossing a bridge. It is really comfortable to blow a small wind with friends at night in the night market! The room is spacious and bright, the sanitation is in place, the mattress pillows are soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very good. The service at the front desk is also very warm and intimate. The check-in is also very convenient. The lobby is very bright and the overall price is very high. This time it is because I am going to Sailimu Lake. I chose Bo as a transit. If you have the opportunity to come to Xinjiang again next time, you will definitely choose here if you pass by Bole!

The room key cards are quite unique; the staff mentioned they feature photos of Sayram Lake taken by the hotel's own employees.
Having just opened in November, it's a new hotel with comprehensive facilities, impeccable hygiene, and very attentive service.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited though.

LLiyaanThe most surprising thing about my trip to Xinjiang was this hotel by Sayram Lake! Upon arrival, I was captivated by its unique design, featuring cabins, space capsules, and planet rooms. I originally booked a cabin, but they upgraded me to a space capsule for free. I loved it! During check-in, the front desk assistant, An, was patient, helpful, efficient, and handsome. He even gave me a Labubu blind box, which I give him a five-star rating! The other front desk staff were also good-looking. Hahaha, this is a hotel that's all about appearances.
Entering the room, the warm, light-luxury ambiance was a revelation. The oversized picture window framed the snow-capped mountains like a stunning painting, allowing you to take in the view from your bed. The bed was so soft, and I slept so soundly. The room was meticulously detailed, the amenities were new and complete, and the common areas were beautifully designed, creating a captivating atmosphere in every photo. Oh, and they even provided a fruit plate in the evening!
The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and was both nutritious and delicious. I loved the spicy and numbing cold bean curd, but I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. I brought my two-year-old with me, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children! It's reliable!
The hotel is very convenient to the Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. I woke up naturally in the morning and was only ten minutes away. This was a perfect stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sailimu Lake!

BBayuedelvxingrijiThe B&B is about 2km away from the tourist center, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. You can call the owner to pick you up. It is quite convenient to go back and forth to the tourist center.
There are gourmet restaurants around the B&B. You can choose whether you want to eat stir-fried dishes or snacks. The average price per person is about 30-100. After all, the price at the entrance of the scenic spot is normal~
The room is a loft with two floors. There is no air conditioning, but it is not cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no dry and wet separation. Taking a shower will splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a shower with a heater.
There is no socket in the toilet to plug in the hair dryer. There is only one socket in the living room on the entire first floor. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can only be used one out of three, and cannot be used at the same time because there are not enough sockets. This can be optimized.
The price is a bit high, and the cost performance is not high, but the service and internal environment are good. It is recommended to stay in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season~

MM28845****They upgraded my room for free, which was awesome! 👍 They said I could see the snow-capped mountains from it, but I woke up too early the next day to enjoy the view. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The decor was also really nice. Breakfast was plentiful too. Definitely recommended; I'd stay here again on my next visit.

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
