GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to the lovely lady who checked me in on the first day of ***** New Year! The surroundings are great, with a view of Sayram Lake and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The hygiene was excellent; every little detail was perfectly taken care of. Breakfast deserves a special mention – it was the most comfortable meal I had around Sayram Lake. Definitely give it a big thumbs up!

The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had evening tea and snacks. I also felt the price was very reasonable. All the interior decorations were thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend this B&B if you're looking to stay a night at Sayram Lake. It's a standalone villa, so it's quiet at night, and you don't need to prepare anything – just show up and check in. They also have 24-hour hot water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Staying here means you don't have to worry about a thing; the concierge will take care of everything for you.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Bole to play, it was really worry-free to live in Yunqi Hotel! The location of the hotel is good, the travel is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, the service is very intimate, and also helped us plan the itinerary of Sailimu Lake. The next day I went to Sailimu Lake. The scenery I saw was more shocking than the photos. The clear lake reflected the blue sky, and the plank road extended to the distance. Even the swans were leisurely on the water. It was a blockbuster. Stayed comfortably and had a good time. I highly recommend this hotel for friends who come to Bole!

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

Environment: There are surveillance cameras in the lobby or in the glass room, so you don't have to worry about too many people. You just can't wash. But living in Saihu is really more convenient. If you don't have a budget, you can really consider it.
