Facilities: The facilities are very well-maintained. Cleanliness: It boasts the quality expected of a five-star hotel. Ambiance: Very much a resort-like atmosphere. Service: Excellent service. When my companion suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night, the front desk responded promptly when I called. Location: It's near the ancient city, but a bit of a walk. Since we drove, we found the location to be good. Suggestion: Our booking included tickets to the Three Pagodas, but I had forgotten about it since I booked so early, and the front desk didn't remind me during check-in. In fact, they never reminded me until the very end that there were still three special items in my room rate that I hadn't used, which led to me spending extra money to visit the Three Pagodas. This is something that could be improved upon.
