Service: The service is truly excellent. As someone who used to work as a server, I can say the attitude here is outstanding. Environment: It's exceptionally clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and never superficial. Hygiene: Superb. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and family next time! 👍

After comparing several options for my Dali vacation, I finally settled on Nefertiti, and it was the luckiest decision of my entire trip! The guesthouse has a refreshing Santorini vibe, with perfect photo opportunities everywhere you look. The infinity pool and terrace hot tubs directly face the entire Erhai Lake, offering breathtaking views of Cangshan's sunset glow and the ocean at dusk. Every shot turns out stunning without any filters needed. The location is truly unbeatable, just a ten-minute drive from Dali High-Speed Railway Station. The hotel provides a complimentary pick-up service, and the butler contacted me in advance to confirm my arrival time, so I didn't have to worry about my heavy luggage at all. Getting a taxi or ordering takeout was incredibly convenient. The amenities are top-notch, with a full smart home control system. A Dyson hairdryer, disposable bath towels, face towels, steam eye masks, mouthwash, laundry detergent, disinfected slippers, and a complete set of toiletries are all provided, showcasing attention to detail at every turn. The room was spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a scenic balcony. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the entire room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring several nights of sound sleep. The public areas offer a wealth of facilities, including a gym, a private cinema, a mahjong/card room, and a sea-view afternoon tea restaurant. The sea-view dining by the pool was fantastic, and the freshly ground coffee was exceptional. The butlers and staff were gentle and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. They were genuinely warm and friendly, and even proactively recommended local hidden gems and authentic eateries, helping us avoid tourist traps. We even received occasional heartwarming surprises. Upon checkout, the hotel gifted us flower cakes embossed with 'Dali,' available in four flavors. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into preparing these souvenirs for guests. This place is perfect for couples, families, or friends traveling together. With new facilities, meticulous service, stunning views, and incredible value for money, my entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, curing all my travel fatigue. I've already recommended it to all my friends, and next time I visit Dali, I'll definitely choose Nefertiti again!

Warm Light by Erhai Lake Once again, we say goodbye with that familiar ache of reluctance in our hearts. Yet this farewell is softened by a unexpected tenderness—a beautiful twist of fate. A sudden bout of altitude sickness in Lijiang forced us to alter our plans and return to Dali. Little did we know this detour would lead us to the most wonderful surprise: XingMu Villa, tucked away on the green slopes of Haidong. Perhaps this was destiny's gentle hand at work all along? We were truly blessed to meet the villa's kind-hearted owners, whose genuine warmth made us feel as though we had returned to a home we never knew we had. The goodbye was especially moving. When our driver, Master He, arrived, the owners personally came out to see us off. We shared joyful smiles in a farewell photo, and they gifted us my favorite rose tea—a touching gesture I'll always remember. The hostess, aware of my recent knee injury, carefully helped me into the car, her eyes filled with such sincere care, as if I were her own. When she said how much she enjoyed hosting us and how special we were to her, my heart echoed every word. Though every wonderful journey must eventually end, the memories we've made here will stay with us forever. As our car carried us away, the gentle scent of rose tea still lingered, a fragrant reminder of this heartwarming chapter. Until we meet again, XingMu Villa. Traveling solo to Dali, I chose the Wushuang Hotel, and the view was absolutely stunning! The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were incredibly comprehensive – they had a cinema, a book bar, a swimming pool, a billiards room, and even an entertainment room. There was plenty to explore at my leisure. I was lucky enough to catch the fishing lanterns, and the night view was exceptionally beautiful. I had only booked for two nights, and when I wanted to extend my stay, there were no rooms available. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and helpful in trying to sort it out, and in the end, I was able to extend my stay without having to change rooms. The service was thoughtful and impeccable. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it exceeded my expectations. I initially considered chain hotels, but couldn't decide based on the reviews. After thoroughly researching Dali hotels three times and making phone calls, I finally settled on staying here for four nights. It definitely lived up to the hype! The food was fresh and delicious, the environment was quiet, and all my personalized requests were met with excellent service. Thank you! My only minor regret is that some of the higher-floor rooms in the front of the B&B had a partial obstruction in a small corner of the balcony, but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. The front-facing view of Erhai Lake was expansive and made for a great mood every day. Plus, roadside views without obstructions would have been noisy. I've already recommended it to friends!

Traveling to Dali by car, the biggest surprise was that Hezhu had its own dedicated parking area, saving us the hassle of driving around the ancient city looking for a parking spot. This was a huge relief. The hotel is not far from the ancient city, yet it completely isolates itself from the street noise; the moment you enter the courtyard, it becomes quiet. The staff were efficient and promptly sent me directions and parking instructions in advance, and they were very responsive to any requests. The public areas were kept immaculately clean, the courtyard plants were neatly trimmed and pleasant to look at, the room had soft lighting, and the hygiene was meticulously maintained. Exploring the ancient city during the day and returning here for a peaceful rest at night felt like the perfect pace. It's very suitable for self-driving tourists, and I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dali.

The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The reception staff were especially helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us whenever we had questions or needed anything, and the hotel staff also helped us with transportation and carrying our luggage, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. The room service and housekeeping were also excellent. Our room was always kept clean and well maintained, and the staff were quick to help whenever we needed anything. We also really enjoyed the facilities in the room, especially the jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our room had a private swimming pool with an amazing view of the mountains. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and having our own private pool made the experience even more special, relaxing, and enjoyable. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Tang, the hotel’s private driver, who spent the whole day with us and made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. He helped us book and arrange activities such as go-kart racing, horse riding, and bicycle riding. He also recommended great places and shops to visit and helped us communicate with local people whenever we needed assistance, which made everything much easier for us. We truly appreciate his kindness, patience, and excellent service. Thank you again, Mr. Tang, and thank you to the reception, housekeeping, Shuttle Service, and all the hotel staff for making our stay in Dali such a wonderful experience. Back in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them. The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise. Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean! Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!

This is the most cost-effective B&B I've stayed in since 2025. Facilities: The rooms are even better than those in five-star hotels, which often have extensive outdoor facilities. But the interior of this hotel feels like being in the countryside. It's comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Service: There's no owner, but the owner is like a friend, attentive and attentive. Worth the effort!
