Another dreamy escape, every corner of this hotel is so beautiful ✨
The staff serve us a very good service, they allowed me to do early check in and offer us free upgrade room also they can arrange for pick up and drop off at railway station. They have 1 front counter staff that able to speak in English and she very helpful! This hotel very clean and i really satisfied. Recommended to those looking for a good hotel in Dali with Erhai Lake view.

MMengjiangoooThe facilities are brand new and well-equipped, and the service is exceptional. They helped us with our luggage and even saw us off to our car. Every day, they delivered breakfast and afternoon tea to our room, along with tremella soup. They were always ready to assist with any request. This is a truly fantastic hotel, and I love the exterior design. You can get some great photos without even leaving the hotel.

FfreecuiyueWe arrived at the guesthouse in the middle of the night, and the host kept in touch, came out to meet us, and led us along a small path to Erhai Lake, where we were immediately awestruck. He then thoughtfully escorted us to our room. The room facilities were simple yet comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. We cycled around S Bay, and this guesthouse's spot was the most stunning—wide open and spacious with no obstructions around. It was incredibly relaxing just sitting in the lobby, sipping coffee and zoning out. Enjoying tea by the window, gazing at the sea from our room, was also a wonderful experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

MM474085****I forgot to take pictures, but the room was really big and beautiful, and you could get some sun in the mornings. The guesthouse is inside the ancient city but not in the busiest area, so it's very quiet at night. Taxis can drop you right at the entrance, and it's close to everything for exploring. The large bathtub was great for a relaxing soak, and the air conditioning had a heating function, plus there was an electric blanket. A special shout-out to the young man who runs the place; he was super responsive whenever we had a question and even lent us his e-scooter.

GGuest UserThe Hampton by Hilton Dali offers spacious rooms with a fridge and microwave, which is super convenient for longer stays. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light, the place is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. On weekends, the breakfast buffet is available until 10:30 AM and offers a wide variety of choices. They also have a laundry room and gym, and free parking is a great bonus. Definitely excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThis was my first time in Yunnan, and I specifically chose this guesthouse because it's right next to a police station. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and giving us great tips for sightseeing. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. I really wished I could have stayed another day or two if my itinerary wasn't already set. Coming back around 11 PM, almost all the streetlights were off, but the guesthouse still had a super bright light on at the entrance, which I found incredibly thoughtful. We woke up late, and the kitchen had thoughtfully saved breakfast for us. The breakfast was very plentiful and made fresh by local aunties. Their human touch really surpasses many large hotels. If I ever come back to Dali, or if friends visit, I will definitely highly recommend this guesthouse.

TTraveling Family from GermanyWe had a very smooth experience from arrival to departure. The hotel organised a transfer from Dali Railway Station, which worked perfectly. Upon arrival, we were immediately helped with our luggage. Check-in was straightforward and worked without any issues for foreign guests. Basic English is spoken, which is fully sufficient for communication.
The hotel itself is small and built in a beautiful traditional Chinese style, with a lot of wood and a charming inner courtyard with warm lighting in the evening. The rooms are duplex-style: a cosy living room downstairs and a rustic bedroom upstairs, plus a balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The design feels authentic and calm. Bathrooms are slightly lower in height, so guests above 1.80m might find them a bit tight. Cleanliness throughout the property is excellent. Despite the traditional architecture, all modern comforts are available: fast and stable internet, strong heating in both living room and bedroom (important in winter), and a generally very comfortable atmosphere.
The location is near the Three Pagodas, just outside the main tourist development zone. You can walk to the first restaurants within minutes, and there is even a local restaurant directly next to the hotel. The Three Pagodas are within very easy walking distance, and from there you can conveniently use DiDi or rental scooters to reach other sights around Dali.
Breakfast can be taken either in a small dining room or delivered to the room. It is local Chinese style, adapted to the region, very tasty and served with a smile. Great coffee is available.
Checkout was simple, and the hotel arranged our return transfer as well. We even received a small souvenir gift per room, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, this hotel is a real highlight in Dali. It feels like stepping back in time, but without sacrificing modern comfort. It is ideal both for exploring the main attractions and for simply relaxing in a quiet, peaceful setting away from the busier city areas.

GGuest UserTheir service is incredible and the hotel is very clean. Staff were friendly and really helpful, thanks to them for offering a suitable solution for my sick friend who needed more rest.
We didn’t get the time to walk around the hotel, so the pictures I took were mainly the surrounding area which was beautiful. (Didn’t expect to see so many 蓝花 still at the end of May)
As for the room, it was big and spacious. First picture is view, last picture was when we were stargazing. The only things to note is that there isn’t really a place for clothes in the shower area, only a small place to hold shower bottles.
Another would be the need to plug the insect repellent to the switch upon entering the room. We were oblivious at first so there were many mosquitoes in the common area, and thankfully none in the other room.
Finally a tip, you can ask them to transport you to 理想邦 and there is also a discount.
Overall, we had a lovely stay thanks to the hotel’s hospitality☺️

GGuest UserA wonderful stay at 梵宿 for my friend and I. The service level is top notch and commendable. From the day before we arrive, they keep in touch to know our arrival time. We arrived earlier than expected and they clean the room up in time and allow us to check in early too. Love our butler 波波. She is always ready to take care of us. We have a friend who visited us but not stay and she gave us an additional complimentary boat ticket to visit 小普陀 and additional complimentary afternoon tea too. The room is spacious and clean, the view is beautiful and this area is calming and relaxing. We joined the complimentary photography and the pictures are memorable. Love the breakfast too! It’s rotated day to day and it tastes delicious. The location is an hour away from the train station but it’s worth the journey. Overall 10/10 experience and I would be back to stay here! If you like a calm relaxing and enjoyable stay it’s much recommended!

The owner was warm and thoughtful, patiently answering all our questions and even recommending some local, lesser-known activities, which was incredibly heartwarming.
